You had been in the house all day, your son and husband coming in and out to check on you while you rearranged and cleaned up. Ez’s birthday was coming up and you figured you would throw him a little party at the house on the weekend you wanted to get things together.
The house was quiet, which was odd because those two being quiet meant they were up to no good.
You walked through the hallway to find all the bedrooms were empty but when you got to the front door, you realized the door was open. You step out onto the porch and you can see your husband laying on the driveway, half of his body under his bike and your son laying right beside him.
The two boys were fixing something on Ez’s bike, hence why it’s been so quiet in the house.
“Boys!” you shout, Ez groans after the sudden noise caused him to look up and he hit his head on something. You bit back a smile as your son runs over, wrapping his arms around you.
“Hi mom!” he smiles, looking up at you. “Hi baby, whatcha up to?”
“Dad was showing me how to fix his bike!” he pulls you over to where Ez was sitting on the driveway. You crouch down, cupping your husband’s face to look at his forehead. You press a kiss to it, smiling. “You’ll be fine.”
“I think another kiss’ll confirm that.” he puckers his lips, making you laugh. You lean in and give him a kiss, Ez wraps his arms around you and pulls you onto his lap.
“Ew!” the little boy giggled, covering his eyes at the sight of his parents kissing. Ez pulled the little boy to the two of you, squishing him between you and him.
Aww baby boy is learning young to fix bikes! Such a nice bonding moment! House had to be too quiet for them to do nothing! Gonna have to get some ice for EZ’s head! But my kisses should help a lot!🤣. This was soo cute!🤭🙌🏾👍🏾👏🏾💙!
