For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
Philemon
v7. Your love has given me great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have refreshed the hearts of the Lord’s people.
v20. I do wish, brother, that I may have some benefit from you in the Lord; refresh my heart in Christ.
Some men leave their faith to the sirens.
Timothy, my son, I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well, holding on to faith and a good conscience, which some have rejected and so have suffered shipwreck with regard to the faith. 1 Timothy 18-19
Sometimes we ask God for things, for answers, and He puts them right in front of us and we still doubt that it's the answer.
I've been praying over some things recently, and the answer was clear as day but I was struggling with so much doubt and unbelief. God answered this with a thought, something along the lines of, "It's one thing when you struggle to believe in something you can't see, but what about when you struggle to believe in can see?"
Pray for the answer, and when God provides it, pray for confidence and help in your unbelief.

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 1 John 1:5
You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. The entire law is summed up in a single command: "Love your neighbor as yourself." If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other. Galatians 5:13-15
The Ouroboros is a symbol of a serpent eating its own tail. I feel it is appropriate when we think of our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ as a single body. Whilst we perceive ourselves separate, in truth we are one as the Church; therefore, hurting fellow Christians is like hurting ourselves. It's one part of the body hurting another part of the body. It's counterintuitive.
I am also reminded of Matthew 12:25 "Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them, 'Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand.'"
The world and its problems chain us down
but God gave us balloons so we never sink too far
(we may not feel them but they're there)
The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 1 Corinthians 15:26
I have elected to depict death as a wolfy-parasite thing.
Fox is missing fur, scratched up, etc. (While the parasite is sucking up gallons of their blood.)
You turn me inside out
His name is Bunnycat, he has prosthetic legs
My thought process was: rabbit -> lucky rabbit's foot -> hunters cut off feet -> no longer good luck -> embraces bad luck with a black cat mask
my brain every time i read the word "fool" in the bible:
Don't fool yourselves. Whoever thinks they are wise in this world should become a fool. That's the only way they can be wise. 1 Corinthians 3:18
Jesus told them this story: “No one takes cloth off a new coat to cover a hole in an old coat. That would ruin the new coat, and the cloth from the new coat would not be the same as the old cloth. Also, no one ever pours new wine into old wineskins. The new wine would break them. The wine would spill out, and the wineskins would be ruined. You always put new wine into new wineskins. No one who drinks old wine wants new wine. They say, ‘The old wine is just fine.’” Luke 5:36-39
Then he touched my mouth with the hot coal and said, “When this hot coal touched your lips, your guilt was taken away, and your sins were erased. ” Isaiah 6:7
I was thinking something about Holy Spirit upon men.
And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. Isaiah 11:2
"People don’t hide a lamp under a bowl. They put it on a lampstand. Then the light shines for everyone in the house. In the same way, you should be a light for other people. Live so that they will see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:15-16
