It’s always fun to read/watch someone’s well written opinion/review/commentary. It’s also sad when they get it wrong.

One of my go-to YouTube channels for entertainment and confirmation bias just shat out a video about the end of Rings of Power. He calls out the writers for suddenly giving Sauron more metalworking knowledge than the elves “thousands of years older than him.” Uh… There’s nothing sudden about it. Sauron is an immortal who existed at the beginning of time and was besties with the god of metalworking. 🤔 Yeah, Sauron being able to give Celebrimbor some tips is accurate. (Maybe the entire point of the rant was the writing, that no one ever raised an eyebrow over a single thing that “human” did. Other than Sociopath Mary Sue and her Scroll of Convenience, of course)

Another channel vented all over She-Hulk, complaining about how the writers tweaked the nipples of its target demographic too hard. Guess what: Toxic fandom exists. So does the Marvel Money Machine who cranks out a never-ending stream of questionable content to make incels everywhere squeal “Fuck, yeah!” and buy cartoon-covered lunchboxes. All of which is fair game with She-Hulk’s self referential, meta tone. What’s the problem?
