Veilguard Bug PSA! (Spoiler Free!)

HEY! For anyone just getting the game, or who hasn't played much yet, just a heads up: there's a fairly common bug where, past pretty early in the game, you will get an error screen when you try to load up your game. This basically ONLY happens if you downloaded the game onto an external hard drive, and seems to be fixed by reinstalling onto an SSD or your main computer.

I just had this happen and had to do some vaguely-panicked googling, so I thought I would warn y'all in advance! I don't know that EVERYONE gets this error who uses an external, but if you don't want to risk it, just download the game on your computer instead. 🙂

Happened to me too! I had it installed on my HDD because my SSD was pretty full and I got that bug twice, first time I was allowed to load an old save and then load to the save I wanted but it refused to work the second time... So I had to get off my butt and do some serious cleaning off my SSD and the game is downloading there now...

So yeah, PSA for everyone cause I've seen this a lot
