This powder is ideal for drawing luck, money, and job opportunities. Sprinkle some of it into a burning candle, dust some over your body before going out or add some of it to a hot bath.

Ren’s Get Hired Fast Spell

So on Wednesday, I had 2 interviews for new jobs that would give me more stable hours and the same pay that I was getting at this current job.

Things you will need

Basically what I did was for few days I kept burning basil with my candle (well before I even knew I was getting an interview) to attract money. I was going through hard times (primarily needed 911.78 to fix my broken laptop yay) and needed more money to come to me. Since I primarily build my income through tips. My candle was white because that was what I had available. I burned about 2-3 leaves of fresh basil (you can do dried if that’s all you have). A few times that week.

On the day of my interviews in the morning I plucked 2 (because that is my Numerology birth number) basil leaves and shoved them in my pocket. 

Grabbing as much rose quartz (which for you will be replaced with any stone you really vibe with) as I owned (which at the time wasn’t much. It was my pendulum and my rose quartz chips) I put that in my pockets after charging it with my intent to land a job, and with confidence in my abilities. 

* the point of having a stone you vibe with is to raise your energy and your vibrations as much as possibly. Not only does it help you relax and make you feel better, it also works well to have people view you in a stronger ‘light’. If you so feel the need to do, you can add stones that attract wealth. But hey not everyone gets to wear scrubs to an interview and can fit this much crap in their pockets

*at this point you can also get salt speak your intentions into it and shove it in your pocket

I carried these around in my pockets at ALL of my interviews. During one I immediately was given a second interview which they were obviously intent on hiring me.

At the Second interview (which was at another location) I was hired on the spot. They sent me home with paperwork and the next day I came in to do onboarding stuff.

There you go! That’s the spell super easy, because I am all about the easy.

Potion to attract romance

Ingredients:

🍓Raspberry and/or strawberry milk

🌺Hibiscus tea

🌹Rose water

❤Rose quartz(optional)

Bring the rose water to a boil and add the hibiscus tea bag. Heat up strawberry/raspberry milk. Add the milk to the tea in a mug and let the quartz charge as you drink it. Stir together clockwise and enjoy!

Since I use music a lot to enhance spells and rituals, sometimes I sing “La Vie En Rose” while preparing this brew!

I made an oil for attracting wealth and used a smidge of it on a product at work that I needed to sell quickly.

I sold about two and a half weeks worth in three days.

But can we get the recipe though lol

Yeah, but get ready cause it’s super highly complicated!

It’s olive oil… and some gold flakes.

That’s it 😹 The gold flakes are actually just the leftover bits of gold leaf from when I illuminated the front page of my grimoire. You put a tacky sort of glue on the page, lay the gold leaf on it, and then rub with a brush to remove the gold leaf that’s not stuck to any glue. And then I had this little pile of gold leaf flakes that I didn’t want to just throw out, so I dropped it into some olive oil and shook it up.

So…. I bet gold glitter would work lol

Ehhh, not the same thing in this case. Like, disclaimer: this is my UPG, so if you want to try gold glitter, then go ahead. I’ll always advocate the Mythbusters approach to magic. Try it. See what happens.

That being said, the purpose of putting gold leaf in the oil is that it’s somewhat expensive. Not like break the bank expensive, but it’s definitely more of an investment than picking up a pack of glitter bottles from the dollar store. And even though the gold flakes aren’t usually pure gold, they are definitely metal, which pretty much has an inherent value to it. Gold glitter is plastic, and adds nothing representing money/wealth/prosperity to the oil, it just adds sparkle. So you’d be taking out an ingredient that’s meant to represent wealth, and replacing it with something that’s aesthetically similar, but not functionally similar. The point isn’t “gold and shiny”, the point is “representing wealth”. Make sense?

If you were going to sub out the gold flakes, I wouldn’t use glitter. Instead, I’d shred up a dollar bill and put the bits in the oil. Or get a big enough bottle and drop a few coins in the bottom and cover them with oil. Maybe even an earring or some other small jewelry.

The olive oil is also a deliberate choice here in that it’s got history behind it as a valuable commodity. So even though it’s a simple two-ingredient oil, those two ingredients have enough history and inherent value in them to pack a hell of a punch without too much added frill.

Idk, my reply with the “lol it’s just leftover craft supplies” really undersells the importance of the gold, ‘cause I was just using casual blogger speak. But I actually brainstormed the oil and deliberately went out and got the gold leaf FOR THE OIL. The grimoire illumination was actually the byproduct. I did the illumination specifically so that I would get the flakes for the oil.

It’s late and this is getting way more long winded than I meant it to be. But I guess the tl;dr is that if you’re making a cake, you don’t sub out salt for sugar just because they have a similar look and texture, because they’re not functionally the same thing.

This is brilliant! 

Many glitters contain aluminium (in addition to plastic) which is a ductile and base metal. While it may not represent money or wealth in the same way that gold does, it’s still representative of reflection for incoming energy. This can be useful and symbolic of transferring intentions throughout your home and self (e.g. motivation to be energetic or motivated to work hard).

✨A Bond Through Time Spell✨

A simple spell to strengthen friendships.

You need:

✨Yellow cord/wool/string - steadfastness and fidelity ✨ taglocks for you and a friend - hair is preferred, a printed picture or a sigil of their name and yours ✨ a white or yellow candle ✨ tigers eye and clear quarts crystal - protection and charge ✨ a clove of garlic - health and strength ✨ clover - luck ✨ yellow rose petals ✨ sand - from the beach or anywhere with meaning to you and your friend ✨ a small bowl

Arrange the items as shown in the diagram.

Method:

🌙Light the candle and burn the tag lock over the candle. Here hair works the best. If you’re using a sigil or pictures place them under the candle.

🌙Braid the wool or cord or string into a long braid. Include three knots- one for the past of your friendship, one for the present, and one for the future as you braid.

🌙Fix the braid around your ankle or wrist.

🌙With the braid tied on you, take the sand into your palm and let it slowly pour into the bowl.

🌙As you pour the sand, Visualize or say

“From strength to strength Present, future and past My friendship with (friend’s name) Will grow in love and last”

🌙Blow out the candle.

🌞 you may gift the braid to a friend, or wear it until it feels right to remove.

Fuck You, I’m a Pirate Today: Confidence Spell

This is an aggressive confidence spell, when you preparing to be in a situation that normally makes you nervous, or encounter resistance to perfectly valid choices you’ve made. Part of the ’Spell A Day Challenge’ from shipping-the-gods. It just so happens that I have a lot of nautical and pirate themed items in my room. 

What You Need:

What You Do:

Take your pirate/nautical themed object and hold it in your hands. Focus on being free do what you want to do, and express yourself as you like. Focus on having a pirate swagger, and a sense of devil-may-care. Put all of that energy into your item. 

Once that’s done, pick up your string. Tie three knots in it, saying one line of the following for each: 

“I will not falter I will not sway Fuck you, I’m a pirate today” 

Tie the string around your item. If it has a face on it, set it up somewhere it can now watch the proceedings. On your paper, draw a boat. This boat is a boat for all your troubles, for anything that might mess with your confidence today. Write those things on and around the boat. Then light it up. Burn that boat! 

Once the boat is ash, it’s time to celebrate. Put on your shanty and sing along if you can, taking hearty swigs of your drink at every opportunity (if you’re using grog maybe a little less hardy swigging be responsible). 

Congratulations! You are now a pirate! Dispose of your burned foes, and take your item with you in a pocket/purse/backpack or other container if possible. 

DIY Magical Shower Disks

So you have seen our lovely bath magic spells but you cannot take a bath. Maybe you don’t have a bath in your current residence, maybe you are physically unable to use bathtubs, maybe you’re just super stretched for time but want to get in some extra magical umph. Recreational Witchcraft is here for you. 

Shower disks are traditionally used in the aromatherapy world to relieve congestion and other flu-symptoms while showering via the use of essential oils, but we will be bumping up their magical potential.

Basic recipe:

Combine baking soda and corn starch (making sure there are no clumps), then slowly add in the water. Fill lined muffin tins about third of the way, then leave out for 24 hours to dry completely. Carefully take them out of the liners, add your essential oils, and place your disk somewhere in your shower that will allow them to dissolve slowly while you do your business. Bam. You’re done. 

Now onto the magic. All dry ingredients (herbs, spices, etc) should be added in with the baking soda and corn starch before the water is added. All essential oils should be added right before they’re used (so when they’re completely dry).

Plant resurrection 🍀🌲

Many plants die and we want them to comeback. 🌱Plants, their not like us their roots are dormant when we think they’ve died.🌱✨🌱✨ follow the rest of the spell to bring your planty friend back.

🌱things you will need:

🍀Second, burn the leaf and let the ashes fall into the water

The “I Love My Self” Jar Potion 

Hi everybody! This is one of the first potions i have ever created, so I hope you’ll like it. Feel free to add or take away anything, and remember, being a witch is using what you have. This potion comes from my grimoire, so if you repost this please tag me c:

Supplies:

- a white candle (if you can incise with a pencil or a knife a pentacle) - a incense stick (choose the fragrance you like the most!) - an hermetic jar (better if made of glass) - moonstone 

Ingredients

-almond oil (or you can also use coconut or olive oil) -basil -rose petals -mint -salt (better Himalaya’s pink salt, but kitchen salt will be fine) -rose essential oil -sandalwood essential oil -lavander essential oil -water

Use as much ingredients as you like. I prefered putting more rose petals because the self-esteem power that they release is very strong.

Light the candle and the incense stick. Put all the ingredients in the jar, close it - be sure it’s perfectly closed! - and shake it a bit while saying:

Absum, I will love myself; Absum, I am strong; Absum, I am beautiful; Shall this last forever.

Now that the jar is full with your intention, put it under the full moon’s light for a night. To emphasize the effect, during the night place the moonstone beside the jar.

Bath Spell to Release Anger

Intent: To release anger, to calm down

“I am clean, I am serene. Anger does not control me. I will not shout, I will not lash out. Anger does not control me.”

If you don’t have blue candles or if you just want something extra to add a couple drops of blue food coloring to tint your bath water :)

I remember being a baby rat that would ddrive her head into spells on the first sign of the house being empty. Hint: the aftermath of spellcasting knocked me out of balance for a couple of days. Don’t do as I do, do as I say, kids. I am a chaotic creature, but you don’t have to be one as well!
