This powder is ideal for drawing luck, money, and job opportunities. Sprinkle some of it into a burning candle, dust some over your body before going out or add some of it to a hot bath.

Rainy’s Visualization Job Spell

This is just a simple, easy job spell! Perfect for the day you submit your resume or job application, and adds a boost of luck to your chances. Note: This spell should be done in addition to applying for a certain job

Materials

Step 1: The Set-Up

   On a flat surface, fold a copy of your application or resume into a smaller flat square, and place your green candle right in the center, surrounded by a ring of Wealth/Luck Powder. (I found that the skinnier candle I used sat up better when I slightly melted the bottom with a lighter, and stuck it to the paper!) This candle can be carved with any matter of sigils, runes, words or chants to add some power and intent to your spell. Your application/resume can also include these: I personally chose to add some luck, success, and “getting hired” sigils to the paper.  

   When this is done, carry the paper & candle over to the area you will be performing your visualization at; I chose to do it while sitting on my bed, as I perform most of my meditation there! The candle should preferably be at eye-level to prevent slouching or back pain, but this is not necessary. 

Step 2: Visualization

   Begin readying yourself by approaching a meditative state. Control your breathing, sit with half of your back-end elevated (to prevent back pain) and focus on clearing your mind. When you’ve reached your calm and cleared state (whenever this might be for you) light the candle, and begin your visualization. Visualize yourself getting a call from the employer, acing your interview, working at the business, etc! Visualize what you hope for yourself, how to get there, and what steps you’ll take to make it happen.  (Tip: While visualizing, you may close your eyes or stare into the candle flame, whichever is easier for you)

   When you have finished visualizing these things, sprinkle some wealth/luck powder into the flame and candle wax. At this time, you may choose to say a few words, or perhaps a more elaborate chant. When this is done, go ahead and let your candle burn out and melt onto the paper. You may also press a sigil or symbol into the melted wax when the candle has snuffed out, or sprinkle your remaining powder into it

Step 3: Taking Measures

   Of course, as with any spell, it does take some non-magickal work on your part! Here are a few common tips on applying and interviewing for jobs:

Ren’s Get Hired Fast Spell

So on Wednesday, I had 2 interviews for new jobs that would give me more stable hours and the same pay that I was getting at this current job.

Things you will need

Basically what I did was for few days I kept burning basil with my candle (well before I even knew I was getting an interview) to attract money. I was going through hard times (primarily needed 911.78 to fix my broken laptop yay) and needed more money to come to me. Since I primarily build my income through tips. My candle was white because that was what I had available. I burned about 2-3 leaves of fresh basil (you can do dried if that’s all you have). A few times that week.

On the day of my interviews in the morning I plucked 2 (because that is my Numerology birth number) basil leaves and shoved them in my pocket. 

Grabbing as much rose quartz (which for you will be replaced with any stone you really vibe with) as I owned (which at the time wasn’t much. It was my pendulum and my rose quartz chips) I put that in my pockets after charging it with my intent to land a job, and with confidence in my abilities. 

* the point of having a stone you vibe with is to raise your energy and your vibrations as much as possibly. Not only does it help you relax and make you feel better, it also works well to have people view you in a stronger ‘light’. If you so feel the need to do, you can add stones that attract wealth. But hey not everyone gets to wear scrubs to an interview and can fit this much crap in their pockets

*at this point you can also get salt speak your intentions into it and shove it in your pocket

I carried these around in my pockets at ALL of my interviews. During one I immediately was given a second interview which they were obviously intent on hiring me.

At the Second interview (which was at another location) I was hired on the spot. They sent me home with paperwork and the next day I came in to do onboarding stuff.

There you go! That’s the spell super easy, because I am all about the easy.

Catching jobs with honey

You know where you want to work and you have applied to an opening. When it comes to the decision process you want them to be sweet on you.

What you will need: 1) Honey or syrup in a cute container 2) Business card(s) for the hiring manager(s) 3) Your resume 4) A green cloth 5) Gold or yellow string or ribbon

Lay out the cloth and lay the business cards and resume on it. Then lay the honey or syrup container on top and roll the cloth around the package and tie it with the string.

As you are setting the objects you are feeling with your body energy reaching out to the hiring manager. You are sending them good and sticky thoughts about you. You imagine the taste of the syrup in your mouth while you say “your own name–is hired.” Three times as you roll the package and tie it closed. Set it on your working altar or in a safe drawer or box.

This is a tool you will continue to use through out the interview and hiring process. You will add to it based on intuition as things progress.

And once you have the job you will continue to treasure this charm and add to it as you prepare to ask for raises, time off or promotions.

If you apply for a new job start a new charm. Once an old catching charm is no longer needed separate all the parts for reuse in a new charm. Magical tools that have been successful improve their abilities and powers with continued use.

Job Spell!

The basics of the spell I believe got me a job interview within 2 days:

Materials:

1) Burn your incense. I chose a patchouli/forest incense. Patchouli attracts prosperity, and forests thrive and sustain themselves richly without interference, and are their own ecosystem. That’s how I want to be and what I want to accomplish. The incense had a green color so that helped also.

2) Take your object of value (I chose a piece of gold jewelry kept on my gods’ altar) and run it through the incense smoke while you begin to focus your intent. Enter a mild meditation or trance if you can, and begin to push the intent into the object. The purpose of this object is to keep it around your person as long as you feel it helps, to attract opportunity and to motivate.

3) When you feel ready, set the object aside or on your altar if you have one, then light your candle. If you work closely with a deity, ask if they would be willing to help your purpose with their energy.

4) Get a small strip of paper and your green marker. Write the symbol you’ve chosen on the paper, and if you have a preferred job, write the name of it on the other side of the paper. If you’re asking a deity’s help, the symbol should be of Theirs or something that indicates Their strengths. I used the Kenaz rune because it’s my favorite and I use it for a lottt of things.

Here is the chant to say while building and focusing intent as you write. If you have room on the paper without it being too big, write the chant down too.

Light the paper on the fire in the candle, and let it burn in a safe location. Repeat the chant as much as you feel you want to while it burns. Envision the fire being fueled by the intent you put into the paper while you wrote. I prefer to do this spell in front of an open window–I feel it lets all the smoke from the incense and paper suck out, like releasing all your purpose out into the air to do its job. But that’s only important if you feel it is.

Put out your candle however you see fit, but let the incense burn out all the way. Keep the object of value (that you charged/enchanted for attracting your job, motivation, or money) either on your person or beside the candle you used.

It’s a Job Jar! In an effort to help my husband and I find better jobs/start careers, I put together a Job Jar today.  I selected the components with wealth in mind, both literal and figurative.  Green leaves that not only look like dollars, but promise new beginnings.  Bells that jingle like pocket coins. Shiny-like-gold glitter, and green-like-money wax to seal it all up.  I wrote down all the things I hope to bring to our lives on the leaves, from finding a better job (preferably starting a career, but I’m not picky at this point) that pays more and values us as people, to gaining a house of our own and a family through a better job, to simply being able to afford the basics, like health insurance and making rent on time. Everything went into the jar, and there was much shaking and squiggling at every step in the filling process.  I’m going to shake the monkeyfuck out of this thing every day to bring prosperity to our lives.

Requires: ° 3 cords, each circa 0’12’’/ 30 cm (gold [success]; green [luck, money], yellow [learning, energy, endurance, confidence] or white candles [neutral, can be used for anything]) ° 3 candles in the same colours your cords have ° 1 small sachet in the colour you consider as most important ° 1 needle ° 3 dried bay leaves [success] ° 1 ½ tsp. of cinnamon [money, success] ° 1 tsp. of all spice [energy, determination] ° 5 dried cloverleaves [money, success, protection] ° mortar ° incense (basil, honeysuckle [luck, success, money]; cinnamon [money, success]; cypress [strength, concentration]; lotus [achieving potential]; orange [luck] or sandalwood [neutral, can be used for anything])

Point in time: ° weekday: start on a Sunday [success, prosperity] ° moon phase: waxing moon [change, improvement] or new moon [new beginning] ° timeframe: ritual should be performed for at least 8 days [success, wealth, determination] 

Requires: 1. Evoke the magical circle. 2. Ignite the incense and meditate a few moments over your intention while you enjoy the pleasant scent of your incense until you are relaxed and feel prepared for the next steps. 3. Take the needle and the candles one by one and write the fitting purpose on each candle. (If you want to work more traditional, you could use the Theban alphabet.) 4. Then take the candles and cords. Swathe the cord a third above the bottom of the appropriate candle. While you do that chant until you are done:

“Round, round, round, Along the candle. Energy I rise to reach my aim. Round, round, round, Along the candle, Success, prosperity and endurance, I embrace and welcome thee.”

5. Light the candles and greeting each candle with their purpose and ask kindly for their support. 6. In the next step, take the mortar, the dried bay leaves and the dried cloverleaves. Put them into the mortar until they are finely ground. Add the rest of your ingredients to mix them. 7. Now, say:

“Bay, clover, all spice and cinnamon, Bring me success and prosperity, Grant me the ability to fight and give my best, So I may reach my aim.”

8. Take a pinch of your powder and scatter it over your candles. Say:

“Fire of the endless flame, burn my intention and carry it out to the stars. So mote it be.”

9. Close your eyes to meditate a little and feel the power advecting into you and occupying every cell of your body with the power, endurance and confidence to fulfill your dreams. 10. Hold your vision as long as you can. 11. After that, put your powder into the sachet. 12. Douse the candles. 13. Reverse the circle. 14. Let the incense burn down by itself. If you like, you can add the ashes of the burned down incense to your sachet, as well. 15. Repeat the ritual for the seven following days (and hide your concerning supplies for the time], leaving out step 3, 4 & 6. Your powder should suffice for the 8 days. If not, include step 6 again. If you have a leftover, scatter it in the winds at night.

Employment Spell

Materials:

Gather the materials on the first night of the new moon. Carve your desired type of employment into the candle and below it, draw an arrow pointing downward. Carve a dollar sign or other money related symbol beneath the arrow. Below that, draw another arrow pointing downward, then carve your name under it. A thumb tack or toothpick would be useful for carving the candle. Anoint the candle with a drop of the oil, while concentrating on your need for employment. Write the amount you wish to earn on the piece of paper. Place this paper under the candle. Light the candle and visualize you getting the job you want (or getting a job in the field you want). Chant the following:

Repeat the chant as many times as you wish. Let the candle burn down completely. Wrap the wick and any wax remnants in a dollar bill and carry it with you as you look for work. Adapted from Everyday Magic by Dorothy Morrison.

- Mint, for prosperity - Dill and Coriander, for money - Ashes from incense burned in prayer - Combine, fold and wrap up in a large fresh leaf of basil - Tie with thread - Dip both ends in candle wax three times, letting the wax cook each time - Before the last dip of wax cools entirely, and being careful not to burn yourself, press your fingerprint of each thumb into the wax, one thumb per side to personalize, balance, and seal the spell)
