Theory Supporters: “Pffff! They’re obviously lying to or trolling us like they always do! Classic RT trying to make us think we’re that dumb.”
Me: *shakes head and sighs* “Barbara and Lindsay (voices of Yang and Ruby) stated that the Enabler ship (Ruby+Yang) creeps them out the most due to how Ruby and Yang are actually related to each other!”
Theory Supporters: “Oh please! I thought the VA’s aren’t involved with all the canon stuff of RWBY! They only voice the characters, what do they know about what happens in the actual story?”
Me: *desperately tries so hard not to reach for a baseball bat with which to bash dumb theorists heads in* “MONTY OUM!!! THE MOTHERFUCKING CREATOR OF THE SHOW!!!! CREATOR OF THE CHARACTERS!!!! THE MAN WHO DID ALL THE ANIMATION, FIGHTING, CASTING, WRITING, PRACTICALLY WAS THE MAIN GUY RUNNING THIS SHOW TWEETED THIS LOOOOOONG BEFORE HIS DEATH!!!”

Me: *screams at the top of my lungs and lunges at theorists with bat in hand and commences the beating*
Ahem, but in all seriousness guys, no! I’m sorry, but I know that the theory of “Qrow is Ruby’s real dad.” thing could’ve been one hell of a plot twist and probably would’ve made the show a lot more interesting, but unfortunately that’s no longer the case. I’m sorry to all those theorists out there who were so passionately devoted to wanting this theory to be true, but as a writer myself I have to tell y’all, when the creator, writers, and other staff members who work on the show ALL say the same exact thing (i.e. Qrow is not Ruby’s real father.) then it’s time to take your tin-foil hats off and accept the truth. Qrow is NOT Ruby’s FATHER! End of story! There’s no lies, no misdirects, no hinting or trolling. This is 100,000,000,000% legit! End of story. Time to move on to more interesting and reasonable theories like, “What happened to the moon?” “What do the Relics do?” “What was that dimension Yang went into to retrieve the Relic?” etc.

Raven: "Oh pfft! She'll walk it off. Now about that relic..."

Raven: "Wait! You never told me about the relic! It's important that it's safe from harm. Don't let anything happen to it! Even the tiniest scratch would be just too much for me to handle."

[Ozpin has been captured and beaten by minions of Darkness. He lies weakened in a cage as a minion drags him out and begins to beat him again, unaware that Glynda had snuck into the enemy hideout and making her way to Ozpin's location.]
Minion: *catches the scent of Glynda and snarls at her* Glynda: *frowns at minion* "I've come for Ozpin. And I will leave with him." Minion: *drops Ozpin to the ground and growls at Glynda* Glynda: "If you try to stop me I will destroy you!" Minion: *roars and charges at Glynda* Glynda: *quickly points her riding crop at the minion as it emits a bright light before obliterating the minion. She then helps Ozpin up and begins to walk him out of the enemy's hideout*

I find it funny how I love Qrow cuz he reminds me so much of Tony Stark from Ironman and the Avengers films. And wouldn't you fucking know it? His fucking team's name is Team STRQ! (Stark) Was this intentional!? I THINK THIS WAS INTENTIONAL AND I LOVE IT!!!! XD

Okay so...
Did it ever occur to anyone in this fandom that what if Qrow had a crush on Summer when they first met? Like, what if Qrow's first relationship was with Summer while Tai-Yang and Raven were together? But then when Raven left Tai-Yang and baby Yang, Summer felt sorry for Tai, and started to help him out in raising Yang and such. But the more they spent time together, the further apart Summer and Qrow got until Summer fell in love with Tai and vise-versa.
Qrow and Tai may have had a bit of a quarrel over it, but wanting to make Summer happy, Qrow realized it was best Summer be with Tai. This is where his drinking begins, but not to where he's constantly chugging down alcohol every second.
No, Qrow's actual drinking problem starts when Summer died. Imagine, if you will, the woman Qrow's been in love with, and allowed to get away with his best friend, has died. He probably wasn't even there when it happened and he regrets every single second of it.
But to keep the image of a good Huntsman and a good uncle, Qrow keeps doing his missions, as well as deciding to teach at Signal Academy with Tai-Yang.
If y'all are still skeptical, let's take a look at how close both Summer and Ruby look! Ruby is basically the spitting image of her mother and Qrow clearly sees this! What if that's one of the main reasons why he took her as his student and taught her how to use a scythe? What if Qrow felt that he would find some form of happiness by teaching the daughter of the woman he once loved in an effort to make up for lost times?
Fix-It Glynda!!!!
