Captain Lassa Rhayme, the Pantoran Pirate Queen from Christie Golden’s short story “Kindred Spirits”, in which she is an ally to Ventress and rival to Hondo Ohnaka.

For the prompt from @celebrate-the-clone-wars​ to illustrate how a character’s appearance reflects their occupation and status:

I drew Captain Rhayme with a frock coat inspired by 18th century military uniforms to evoke an Age of Sail vibe. But perhaps more importantly, she lacks the distinctive gold facial tattoos worn by most Pantorans to show their family and clan affiliations. This marks her as an Outsider to Pantoran society - or, as she seems to prefer to look at it, her freedom from such ties and obligations.
