we’re all gonna pretend like we didn’t see Anakin wearing jimmy jammys in season 2?

I don’t think Mace Windu was the jerk people make him out to be but I think he should’ve been. I think when Anakin got mad about not being made a master he should’ve called him a whiny little bitch and asked him if a sippy cup would make him feel better. I think when Boba said you started it when you murdered my father Mace should’ve been like that sucks what happened to your dad but I simply came out…AHEAD and then the camera pans to a clone with a set of drums doing a rimshot. I think when Dooku indirectly accused him of only ratting him out to get a seat on the council he should’ve called Dooku a paranoid dumb thotticus. I would still support him.

Mace is normally perfectly capable of being strict when he has to, HOWEVER, Depa has him wrapped around her little finger from day one, so Cyslin Myr has to appoint themself as The Responsible One, because Yoda’s no use for that.

So Depa says “I’m tiireeddddd. Let’s have popcorn,” and Mace says “No,” and Depa says “You’re tired tooo,” and Mace says “We are not having popcorn for dinner,” and they have popcorn for dinner, and the next night Cyslin invites themself over and makes them both eat double vegetables.

petition for fans to stop writing mace windu as this villain, stop making him sound so nasty, and stop using other characters to attack him when the fans made him that way

This scene has been stuck in my mind for ages and I think this might be something I redraw sometime as I only had a couple of hours today. But anyway, since it is a generally accepted fact that Mace Windu is 100% alive (RIGHT?) then he could also have either been the one to find Grogu wherever he was hidden or get him from someone else who did. Tried to go for a “trying hard to smile reassuringly but just can’t manage it” kind of expression. As traumatic as all the Jedi dying would have been for all the adults, think how it would have been for a force sensitive baby :(.

Mace is a dramatic bastard like the rest of them. In fact, he’s the lead dramatic bastard, giving the cue for everyone else to commence dramatic bastardry.

Mace Windu, in the middle of being an absolute badass, sees that one of the villagers on this planet is scared and in danger, and his immediate response is to make the most heartbreakingly sympathetic face I have ever seen in my life.
