basically, stromer n connor both played for the eerie otters when they were teens and we're completely attached at the hip, captain and alternate type deal yk.
also connor is already like, god among kids level good right n stromer is solid but connor kinda seemed to like, have attached himself right like 'is anyone gonna take this just some guy bc I have a couch' n kinda just claimed him for himself theres sooo many vids n pics of them being weird and attached and connor being all touchy and smiley abt awkward normal guy stromer like connor get urself together i know ur 17 but thats just a boy pls.
and they lose the big ol ohl title in the end n connor wins mvp bc sacrificial lamb n fate n all that. n thats their last game together n there's this pic of them hugging n they're sooooo attached, insane behavior. and then, draft comes n they do all kinda media n connor is just always attached to either mitchy (davos girlbestfriend) and stromer (bf but not rlly bc they're dumb) like during draft night theres this moment where they're being silly n giggly w eachother from the other side of the stand slike ??? b normal.
davo gets drafted 1st overal bc again, gods favororite sacrificial lamb right. n stromer gets drafted 3rd n connor is seen to b like 'hey can we wait I wanna see stromer get drafted' SO HE STANDS THERE ON THE FLOOR! in his oilers cap n jersey waiting for stromer to get called n hes all :D abt it.
n then they just. dont rlly mention eachother or at least davo never mentions stromer. dylan sometimes does but he is...kinda shit n mid and gets traded around and no teams fit while connors with the oilers being gods greatest soldier falling n brobestfriendism with drai and stromer kinda gets like left behind and yadiyada 2015 draft class right.
n then just YESTERDAY davo gets his number retired b eerie n stromer is in the video and talks abt how amazing their time was n how he loved it and calls him davo and says he wants to make MORE memories together and connor says eerie was the best time of his life and how its just playing hockey with buddies and and and
