brienne's affc storyline is so beautifully written and explores quests and gender and violence and religion and knighthood in such a thought-provoking way, genuinely baffles me how so many people complain about it being plodding and uneventful

breaks my heart when lysa and sansa talk of cat's death and we see genuine emotion breaking through lysa's haughty exterior - tears spring to her eyes, tells sansa they are "bound by blood", calls her sister "cat" when often she uses her full name. breaks my heart! lysa has worked so hard to isolate herself from her family, and holds so much resentment in her heart for cat, and we only catch a glimpse of the love she also holds for her, deep down. a thousand years ago they had shared a secret language.
