Also. Also I want to meet the people who's job description was 'go out and Bother about a million Big Spooders'
The fact that they had people paid good money to catch lady spiders and then the carefully designed Spider Box to contain the spider while they reeled the silk? And then carefully released the unharmed lady spiders in the same spot they were caught with a nice insect lunch for their trouble?
Like damn I'm in the wrong line of work.

Imagine being able to dunk on all your classmates at a high school reunion like 'i live in Madagascar and spend my time wrangling big ol' spiders into providing me with a substance worth more than it's weight in gold. Also we're revolutionising materials science but that's beside the point'
