Though honestly, Undertale has too many repeating npc fights. But Deltarune, the next installment(?) gives you an option of skipping every next fight in the area, and shows you the mobs.
Honestly, my opinion on the subject is somewhere inbetween: yes, combat can have value, but sometimes it *can* be too hard for people with disabilities, or just beginners. That's why in many games, there are difficulty levels- it gives you a choice. Minecraft, for example- some people just want to have a nice farm, or build something, or whatever, and some like a challenge in combat- and everyone is happy. Not every game *can* have that, but in those that can- I'm all for it. In games where combat is the central point, it's a lot harder, but still, there can be "easy, normal, hard" at least. Wait.. It's not only about combat, is it? Any game that requires coordination will have this problem. I think there is no good solution to the problem of disabled people playing games- the only solution I see is if there was a custom made version of the game, and not many developers would do it, because of time and money... But would it not be easy to delete assets from a game? I don't know, I'm no hacker.
Anyways, that's the only solution I see. Honestly, I just don't have the money for games, and so I'm used to gameplays, but if you don't like them, then I don't know.
