Kurt lies in bed for a while after he hears the door of the hotel room click shut, humming lazily to himself as he curls the duvet around him, relishing the smooth drag of the Egyptian cotton sheets cool on his bare legs. There’s no hurry – he’s made sure today remains appointment-free, no meetings or interviews or photo shoots – so he can have a well-needed day of rest. And maybe also because he wanted a day of Blaine.
He sighs when he gets up, picking up his shed pieces of clothing as he pads over to the ensuite bathroom. It’s too bad Blaine had a last-minute emergency meeting for his new movie – his third big one this year – and had to rush off with a string of apologies and untamed sex hair, or they could have spent the whole day together in this hotel room, making love on the expensive sheets and only stopping to order overpriced room-service food for sustenance. It’s always been a point of contention, a frequent cause of petty dispute: both their jam-packed schedules.
