Apparently Jane was on Good Day NY this morning (somebody might want to post it if they put the interview up) and she said the name of Kurt’s band is Pamela Landsbury.
I am on my phone so I’m not posting the link right now but somebody on IG posted the clip of Jane talking about the band name and I can confirm that that is the name. I have a feeling they used one of things like how you come up with your drag name or your porn star name. I’m assuming there’s one for your band name. lol

Summary: Kurt and Blaine are the worst parents.
Kurt waits in the living room, tapping his fingers on the arm of the couch and glancing to the clock. He shifts, adjusting himself, and looks again.
He should be here by now.
As if he had heard him, Kurt hears the front door open. He hears Blaine’s absent humming as he sets down his keys and grabs the mail Kurt had brought in and cast aside without much thought. Kurt pushes himself up from the couch and as Blaine rounds the corner, he pounces.
"Woah - " Blaine begins, but is cut off when Kurt attaches their lips fiercely. Kurt pulls at Blaine’s tie with one hand and reaches to start untucking his button up shirt with the other. He hears the mail drop to the ground with a thump.
