The Questionnaire is sectioned into three parts; general questions, long answers and short answers. The long and short answers are the same questions but with a different answering format. For example, if you want to write long answers choose the second section. The long answer questions are free-form; write as much as you would like to. The short answer questions are mostly multiple-choice and some short free-form ones. No need to answer every question. NOTE! The only obligatory question is the last one of the Questionnaire.
