MINI-UPDATE: Lesaro Plushie
The kind words by @intricatecaprice and the amazing fic update by @montmartre-parapluie inspired me today to make the eyepatch for our dearest Lieutenant.❤️

1) NEVER apologise for Moomin merchandise - the M-P Household are all firm Tove Janssen fans, so this just makes you even cooler.
2) SQUEE, the sheer amount of progress you’ve made! Somehow Lesaro’s nose is exactly like Juan Carl Vellido’s - how is that even possible with felt? Is this some sorcery? Are you weaving Lesaro’s soul into the fabric of the plushie? Enquiring minds need to know!
3) His beautifully embroidered eye!!! he looks so soulful already! And I hope you pet his hair, it looks beautifully soft.
4) the eyepatch is just PERFECT. I can’t wait to see what the finished Lesaro product looks like!

This is a simply GORGEOUS project. I’m sorry I haven’t commented before now, because I am a huge “Tired Dad of the Maria Silenciosa” Lesaro fan, and seeing him get his very own plushie just fills my stupid little fangirl heart with absolute joy!
Can I say I’m absolutely in AWE of how you’ve done his hair? I used to have a stab at making dolls for obscure fandoms myself back when i was into Turn:Washington Spies, and I ended up using yarn because my experiments with fake hair.... didn’t go well (bald doll, hairy glue-covered fingers)
You are super talented and I love seeing Mini-Lesaro pop up on my dash. May you give him all the snuggles he undoubtedly deserves once you’re done!

UGH yess hair can be a nightmare *flashbacks to too much glue and tears* *shudders* Thankfully it is surprisingly easy compared to say clay dolls. I simply sew it on! However shaping it will take some tries I fear.😅 It's very long and luxurious faux fur so I had to cut it in some places. Never thought I'd be able to give the Lt a shave 😍❤️ *starts daydreaming about how intimate it would be to help a certain someone shave* Ri- right, right, cool cool cool. Let's not go down that rabbit hole shall we? 😳🤤🔥 *fans self* anyone else feeling hot around here??

his would say “thorin, thorin, don’t you dare” which means he would always kind of knew he was going to die before his soulmate, it sort of implies that, and that he wouldnt be the average age of a dwarf when he did die, he would die young
