yeah, this was back when i was 17 tho.
my school was a bit interesting in the sense that at the beginning of the school year we would hold a fire show/theatrical performance as a part of our city's culture festival.
during the rehearsal of that years show, i jumped from the stage and landed badly. i heard a loud snap and then i was on the ground.
so it turns out i fucked up my rotator cuff muscles
idk why i keep getting these injuries that i only really associate with football
