Where would I be without bananas?? I feel my best on fresh raw fruits and vegetables and I’m so happy to be able to travel in the winter and avoid a period of awful fruit quality and limited selection in Canada. 🙈🍌. Today I filmed a vlog about our day in Thailand including a visit to a big market! Make sure to subscribe to my channel to see when it’s posted and you can catch up with my newest cambodia update vlog while you’re there! I hope today your happy with where you are in your life, so many of us put off happiness in search of what we think is the correct path to follow. What I’ve seen in my 8 months of travel are the happiest people are the ones who left it all behind, chose to face the fear of failure and took a chance on themselves. Words to think about 😄 (at Muang Mai Market)

learned how to make fresh rice noodles and rice paper today, its a high carb world.
It's literally not always possible to stay fully raw while travelling. But hey, fast food steamed rice is making it hella easy to stay carbed up.
Sooo good and so easy. Steamed rice, green leafy lettuce, steamed local sweet potato, raw carrot shreds and water sautéed cabbage 'noodles' with baby corn, tomatoes, turmeric and fresh chili powder. Yes please

Steamed: sweet white potatoes Brussel sprouts Okra Beets Carrots Cauliflower Raw: Corn Lettuce Herbs/chives Sprouted peas I also now include grains like rice most days. And I ate more than what's pictured 😛
