Kinda sounds like Jevil's voice (They probs have the same voice actor, Idk if that's toby himself or someone else)

And then I made a connection

The Power of Neo, and bits of Ghost fight can also be heard at certain times in the song. I'm not sure what the connections are entirely, but the Ghost family had a much more significant role in this chapter at least in symbolism and leitmotif. It's very very interesting to say the least. EDIT: I also just remembered that they also use the Earthbound "WOW!" Noise in both battle themes.
