Feral Outbreak
MY BOI MYSTIC!! I haven’t drawn this man in a year. (He’s the blue wizard) Funnily enough I made this guy years before I got into TheDark Crystal, so now his name is a little funny on my blog! Here’s another drawing of my Wizard of the West.

For the Best
“So we know the creature lives in the deepest part of the forest,” Mystic said. “We should be able to find tracks when it rains.”
Nero sat at the table across from Mystic, listening as he explained his ideas for tracking the beast. He traced his small claws over the the huge scars across his chest.
Mystic looked at Nero. “You don’t look well,” he said. Nero blinked, and noticed he was in a cold sweat. His hands were trembling slightly. He closed his eyes for a moment.
“I’m fine”, he said, beginning to get up from his seat. But he stopped. He felt dizzy. There was a heat in his chest. He tried to take another step, but he lost his balance. Mystic rushed over to him and caught him before he hit the floor. This wasn’t good. The feral curse had kicked in before, but Mystic knew he had to do something quickly.
“Nero, I’m taking you to the basement,” Mystic told him. Nero looked up at him, disoriented. “If you’re down there, you’ll be safe, as well as everyone else.”
Nero grabbed Mystic’s robe. “Take me down,” he whispered hoarsely.
They both made it down to the basement. Mystic settled Nero down, and brought out steel chains and cuffs. He looked back to Nero, who was on his knees and breathing heavily at this point, arms close to his chest. The scars were glowing white, the veins spreading from them.
Mystic rushed to Nero, and prepared to chain him up, until Nero raised a clawed hand to stop him.
“No!” He growled. “You have to use silver.” Mystic winced. As much as he knew silver would be more effective, it would also burn the werewolf on contact. He couldn’t do that to him.
“I’m not doing that,” Mystic told him sternly. “I-“ He was cut off as Nero grabbed him by the collar of his robe, his desperate yellow glare burning into him.
“Do you want to die?” He snarled. Mystic said nothing. “Do you want your daughter to die!?” Mystic’s blood ran cold at that. Nero looked like he was going to continue, but he groaned and covered his face, dropping to the floor. His claws left marks in the concrete. Mystic could see it all play out. No. Nero was right. He lost his wife. There was no way he was losing his Emory.
By now, Nero growled quietly, breathing slow and raspy. His body was covered in glowing white lines. A tail had grown above the waist of his pants, lashing about wildly. He looked up slowly at the mage, his glowing eyes cold and vicious. His growling increased in volume, and he threw himself at Mystic.
As if on cue, Mystic waved his hand, and suddenly glowing cuffs materialized on Nero’s wrists and ankles. What Nero said stuck with Mystic. His daughter’s safety comes first. He snapped his fingers, and Nero was brought to his knees, the chains attaching to the floor and walls. The werewolf was restrained firmly, shooting a death glare up at Mystic through his hair. He tugged at the magic chains, and roared in pain as he was electrocuted. This was much stronger than silver.
Mystic stared blankly at Nero. He roared again as the chains shot another electric current through his body as he tugged once more. Mystic could still hear Nero’s voice even through the roar of a beast. It was still Nero, yet it wasn’t. The third time Nero tugged at the chains and got electrocuted, Mystic turned away, no longer able to look at him. He had to figure this out soon.

Here’s another story from the crossover me and @candythemew are working on. Hope you like it!
A nice little Angsty fic!
How the heck did I draw this with crayolas and no guidelines.
Sorry I haven’t posted in a long while, I’ve got family visiting from far away and I want to spend as much time with them as possible! Anyways, to tide you guys over I have some concept art for a potential oc! This is one of the designs that I tried with multiple colors to see which one I like best. None of them are final, but it’s good to have a second opinion.

Ah Emory! There’s my girl!
For my colors3D audience, do you want me to draw more Gloria?
Inktober Day 8: Their Parents.
Here are Mystic’s Mother and father! The mom has brown hair like Morrigan does but I didn’t have enough free time to color it in! X - X
I rushed a bit since I have a test coming up and I have to study as well as Inktober. Hopefully this’ll be good enough!
Inktober Day 7: Their siblings.
Mystic grew up with 4 siblings when he was a child. They all cared for their parents ranch, except for Morrigan who would often go to market to sell their goods.
Inktober Day 6: Their “favorite” outfit.
“Emory… do I really have to do this for you?”
Mystic asked nervously. He had promised his daughter that he would take her to the beach for her birthday, but he had intended to sit on the sidelines and let her play in the waves as he read a book on the sands. Somehow she had convinced him into going all out even going as far as to get an old pair of swim trunks from the basement that he now wore in shame.
“C’mon Papa! Don’t be a baby! I want you to have fun too! Plus, Ms.Ailith even got those trunks for you as a present!”
Ugh. Ailith. An old friend of Mystic who always liked to tease and push his buttons any way she could. And with her insight on embarrassment, She must have known this day would come.
“Sweetie, there’s a thing called gag gifts and-
“I just wanna swim with you. Mr.Eldren even helped get them for me! Emory interjected.
Oh. So now even his assistant wanted him to be humiliated. Mystic was getting angry.
“Eldren!”
“You called sir?”
A small rotund owl-like creature with dusty-purple feathers walked into the room with a book, drinks, and a wide smirk on his beak.
“My you look rather… Different today master Mystic.” The elfule mused.
“Don’t you “Master” me Eldren!” Mystic growled.
Emory started to giggle in the background. As her father’s face was turning beet red out of... Flusteredness? Frustration? Flustration.
“You wanted to make a fool out of me didn’t you? Well I guess you’re happy now.” Mystic turned away in a huff.
“That’s not true Master Mystic… Well, mostly The fool part is a plus.” Eldren chuckled.
“But my intentions aren’t to embarrass you in pubic. You’re always so occupied with your work and studies that you don’t seem to have fun anymore! And what better time to try something to relax yourself then trying something new for yourself and your daughter?” Eldren replied.
Mystic glanced over to his daughter who was swaying back and forth with saddened eyes. Mystic sighed. Eldren was right he was working too hard and he could stand to do something out of the norm for his daughter.
“I hate to say this… but your right. I’m the only one making a fool out of myself.” He sighed.
Emory looked up to her father with a hopeful gaze.
“It’s not the end of the world if I go out like this even if I look like this. I’m sure I can make it work.” He smiled.
“Yay! Does that mean?” Emory was practically jumping for joy.
“Yes Emory. I’ll wear the trunks. Hey! I’ll even swim! Maybe we can find something nice in the tide pools! Hand me my towel Eldren!
“With pleasure sir!” The Elfule responded.
Mystic put his long golden hair up and picked up his precious daughter. Let’s make this birthday special.
And with that the two made their way to a nice beach with a beautiful shore and calm waves. The pair had a wonderful time playing in the water, and exploring tide pools for shells. Even if Mystic did get the occasional odd look from passers by. Emory however found it to be one of her favorite birthdays ever! 🐚
- Thanks for reading this far! I wanted to have some fun with writing today, and when I saw the prompt I was thinking… I bet everyone else doing the character challenge is gonna make something really cool and fancy soooo I just made something silly! Hope you enjoyed this short story!
