hi y’all an update is here!

dear little witch|klonnie au: Bonnie Bennett has held plenty of titles. A daughter, friend, teen witch, and a former wife. The most important one to her now was mother and business owner. She earned this life for herself and would be damned if she lost. A witch’s premonition is nothing to ignore. Bonnie values her life away from Mystic Falls and returning wasn’t likely for her until her daughter’s safety was compromised. The Salvatore Boarding School would change everything for the Bennett witches. Secrets will unfold and time can only tell what’s to come next. Hope Mikaelson won’t be the only one with her world turned upside down. Family is forever, whether anyone likes it or not. Everything is done in the name of family. -an au of TVD/TO post season 8 & 4 of TO.

some of yall are scary because what do you mean you ship klonnie?? bonnie tried to kill him how many times? and klaus too like that ship doesn't make any sense im sorry. bonkai i kind of get it since kai was obviously attracted to her but still they tried to kill themselves!

It's disappointing how Bonnie ships are always held to a completely different standard than those of other female characters. The show consistently treats Bonnie as "the ugly duckling" among white swans and the fandom often echoes the show's beliefs. Bonnie stans are just supposed to accept that she is seen as less than and unworthy of attention from leading male characters. How dare we believe Klaus could be attracted to Bonnie? Kat and Joseph were a fan of Klonnie being canon so much so that Kat caught Joseph watching Klonnie edits.

This page is dedicated to the potential relationship between these two characters (Bonnie and Klaus). Despite only being created a year ago, Klonnie Shippers Club has almost 400 followers. To my followers, there's nothing scary about wanting better love interests for Bonnie. There's nothing scary about understanding all that Bonnie and Klaus have in common. There's nothing scary about wanting a relationship to shift from hate to love. There's nothing scary about acknowledging their chemistry in the few scenes they have together. There's nothing scary about simply finding them both hot and thinking they'll be sexy together. This ship makes plenty of sense to us and our community.

White women in the fandom and series can be paired up with anyone but the moment Bonnie is non-canon wise because the series would never let her be seen as desirable. It is always an issue.

Klaus changes so much because of hope and honestly I could have seen bonnie falling in love with him if she had ended up in the originals after her birth.

I wish we actually had more time to see Klope develop. Yeah, I agree I could see her falling for him. Reasons why:

Being friends with Damon and constantly bending your morals for your vampire friend’s survival says enough about who Bonnie would date and allow. The only difference is the plot made sure to never allow Bonnie to be desirable by any of those men bc of the obvious (blackness). Enzo pistol whipped Bonnie knocking her unconscious and she by the end of the series (with no development) claims Enzo is the love of her life. People pretend Enzo wasn’t violent and he was.

Bonnie very well could’ve liked Klaus and he initially liked witches. It’s TO that had him sleeping with Genevieve after dropping him liking witches. When witches were black

I think people say no just because they don’t think Bonnie deserves any better beyond not being written to serve her friends. People will bash Klonnie and praise Klamille in the same breath as if Bonnie wouldn’t be a more matching power dynamic than Cami was lol.

did you watch legacies? what did you think of hope’s characterization? ik you posted bailey bass as hope idea so if you could write a bailey bass hope, what would she be like? or would she be like the legacies hope we got

Yes, I watched legacies! Here is some Bonnie and Hope thoughts.

I know that post is lengthy but to shortly explain how I feel on Hope. I loved her character but I hated how she was handled. There is nothing wrong with being the hero, but it seemed to me the plot never cared to really service Hope outside of what good she could do for others at the expense of herself. Her no humanity arc was a nice break from that. If I’m honest I would have preferred to see S5 of TO’s Hope’s characterization.

I know people hate blaming TO for this but that show is just to blame with Hope’s behavior in LGCS. The family vow has weight to it but never served Hope the way it does Klaus/Elijah and depending on the circumstances Rebekah. How was Hope ever going to “know” her family if she never spends time with them?

Bailey’s casting was rooted in Bonnie being Hope’s mother and Klaus getting a chance to raise her. If I was writing it honestly not only do I not see Hope attending a boarding school (unless Bonnie opened one herself). I’m going to say Bailey!Hope wouldn’t be the same as canon!Hope. Klaus and Bonnie both struggle with family problems that would place them in positions to address things early on. I think Bonnie/Klaus wouldn’t raise their child to be so selfless to their own detriment. I’d have Klaus be forced to connect with his wolf side. I’d introduce Hope understanding that there is more to life than just being supernatural! Yes, it’s apart of her life but it doesn’t have to be the ruler. I can see a goofier side to Hope being developed, having the freedom to be a child.

Charmed by You

Hi Klonnie Friends! Happy to celebrate Klonnie Mischief Movie Night with one of my favorite TV shows: Charmed. In this, Bonnie and her sisters (Emily and Beatrice) are the power of three. Klaus is the Source of All Evil. Despite being a good witch, Bonnie wants a taste of darkness and Klaus wants to give it to her.

The moon hung high over Mystic Falls, casting a glow that illuminated the streets. Tension hung thick in the air like a brewing storm in the Bennett manor. Bonnie Bennett paced her room, her heart racing, each thud echoing her inner turmoil. The walls seemed to close in on her as she cast furtive glances at the door, an ever-present reminder of her sisters' disapproval.

Emily and Beatrice had made their feelings about her relationship with Klaus starkly clear. He was the Source of All Evil, a creature of darkness, and the sisters believed he was destined to bring nothing but sorrow into her life. Their warnings echoed in her mind, but despite their concerns, an undeniable pull toward him ignited her spirit.

Klaus was a tempest in her existence—chaotic and exhilarating. Their time together was filled with laughter that danced around the edges of danger, and late-night conversations that plumbed the depths of her heart. But now, as she stood at a crossroads, she knew she had to make a choice.

Just then, her phone buzzed with sudden urgency, breaking her from her reverie. A message from Klaus lit up the screen: "Meet me at the park. I need to see you." His words breathed life into her tumultuous thoughts, igniting a flicker of hope amidst the storm.

With determination swelling in her chest, Bonnie made her decision to defy her sisters and go see him. Grabbing her denim jacket, she felt a rush of adrenaline coursing through her veins as she slipped out of the house.

As she stepped into the night, the cool air wrapped around her like an embrace. The park was quiet, the only sound the gentle whisper of the wind through the trees. Finally, she spotted Klaus leaning against a tree, his silhouette strikingly contrasted with the pale glow around him. A sly, confident grin broke across his handsome face as he met her gaze, and in that moment, her heart soared. He looked more alive than ever, his dark eyes shimmering with mischief, drawing her in like moth to flame.

“My love,” he said, his voice smooth as silk. “You came.”

“I couldn’t stay away,” she replied, her heart thumping in her chest. “I can’t let them dictate my life. I want to be with you.”

Klaus stepped closer, his presence overwhelming and intoxicating. “Are you sure? This path isn’t easy. We’d be running away from everything.”

Bonnie’s breath caught in her throat. “I’d be running toward you. I’d choose you every time.”

He took her hands in his, and the world around them faded. In that moment, nothing else mattered. They shared a passion that blurred the lines between good and evil, creating a new reality where they could be free.

“Let’s go,” Klaus said, determination in his voice. “We can start fresh, away from the witching world. Just you and me.”

As they made their way down the path, Bonnie felt a mix of excitement and fear. The thrill of the unknown electrified her. They could create their own destiny, away from the judgment of her sisters and the expectations of being a Bennett.

But as they reached the park's edge, a powerful wind swept through, carrying with it a sense of foreboding. Bonnie hesitated, a nagging doubt creeping in. She remembered her sisters' warnings and their love for her. As if her doubts summoned them, her sisters appeared. Out of the shadows stepped Emily and Beatrice, their faces a mix of anger and concern.

“Bonnie, stop!” Emily shouted, her voice cutting through the night.

“Don’t do this!” Beatrice pleaded, her eyes wide with fear.

“Will you give Klaus a chance?” Bonnie questioned, with pleading eyes.

“He just wants to have sex with you and use your magic!” Beatrice yelled, glaring at Klaus like a predator.

“I can’t believe you’d think I’d just rush into sex. How dare you?” Bonnie asked, gripping Klaus's hand tighter. She loved her sisters and understood the concern but they didn’t see her.

“We haven’t reached that stage,” Klaus scoffs, placing his hand over his chest. “I respect her wishes unlike you two.”

Emily rolled her eyes. “And when you do you’ll discard her. You asshole!”

“Let’s go home, Bonnie,” Beatrice suggested, in a softer tone sensing the dynamic becoming violent soon. “We love you.”

“I DO LOVE HER!” Klaus yelled, in defense with aggravation. But never moved from Bonnie’s side. Her overprotective and overbearing sisters were off limits and he knew she’d never forgive him if they were harmed.

“Don’t do this,” Emily begged and reached for Bonnie’s hand. “Please?”

“It’s too late,” Bonnie said, proudly. “You won’t try and I am not leaving him.”

Emily sighed, holding both hands up as magic freed itself from her body. She felt electric and pure. “Can’t be too late if he’s dead!”

Klaus aggressively coughed and reached for his chest. His heartbeats were fastened as the organ rocked against his thoracic cavity. If the Bennett witch tugged any harder his death would soon follow. Klaus raised his hand ready to send the witch flying but fell to the ground. Blood seeped from his nostrils and mouth as his eyes fluttered. Bonnie rushed to join Klaus on the ground, disbelieving that her sisters would hurt her this way.

Beatrice linked hands with the eldest Bennett witch and followed suit. They chanted in unison when Klaus's airways became restricted when he finally stopped his gurgling.

“STOP! NOW!” Bonnie screamed, straddling Klaus with her hands on his heart. A place that she knew was hers forever. She couldn’t lose her true love. It was designed by fate.

“He’s deceiving you!” Emily snapped, full of conviction. She was ready to end this for good. “You're acting like a child!”

“You’ll be free of this magic and him when he’s dead,” Beatrice reassured, she’s studied how dark magic can impact a pure witch.

Bonnie wiped her eyes and threw her family’s heirlooms her sister's way. Her decision was final.

“Go to hell!” Bonnie screamed, she clutched Klaus tighter. All it took was imagining someplace better. She wanted a new beginning without the stressors of a legacy and Mystic Falls. Vanishing and cloaking them as Klaus remained unconscious was easy.

The youngest Bennett laid on top of Klaus with her hand over his heart repeating the healing spell once more hoping he’d finally come too.

Finally, after what felt like hours Klaus's blue eyes met with Bonnie’s again. She kissed him passionately several times and laid against his chest.

“Never scare me like that again,” Bonnie demanded, snuggling onto Klaus's warm chest.

“Thank you, for saving me,” Klaus said, kissing Bonnie’s forehead. He coughed, then realized they were on a cruise ship. The bedroom was too simple for his taste. “Where are we going?”

“The Bahamas, for our new beginning.”

Klaus's hand reached for his pockets, grateful the heart-shaped diamond ring was still there. “Would you be open to starting our new beginning as my wife?”

“Yes! In every lifetime my answer is yes.”

Happy tears formed in Bonnie’s emerald eyes. Their lips met and soon the kisses became ravenous. Yes, they had problems to worry about Bonnie has disowned herself as Bennett and they’d need shelter for their arrival. They choose each other, and to them, that’s all that matters.

Abigail + The Invitation with a Klonnie twist

Klaus successfully broke his curse in 1492 and, consequently, Hope was born much earlier.

She is the apple of her father’s eye and he does little to curb her temper nor to temper her bloodlust.

But all children, even the immortal ones, crave the love of a mother.

Sorry Im late Klonnie fandom! This is part 1 of 3 parts that I have planned - spoilers for Abigail (kinda) if you havent seen it

Klonnie Mischief Movie Night

Before anyone roasts me I would like to mention that I have never seen a horror movie before and this is loosely based off of Monster House.

“C'mon Bonnie it’s not that scary.” Caroline teased as Elena, Tyler, Matt, and Bonnie stood outside the abandoned Mikaelson residence. “Caroline we aren’t kids anymore. I mean, we are about to graduate from college for heaven's sake!” Bonnie exclaimed as she crossed her arms. She knew she should probably just get on the road and head back to her apartment in Maryland, but she couldn’t leave her friends. Caroline pouted and stomped her foot like a child, looking at Bonnie. “I mean, we will be in there together.” Elena smiled, trying to remain hopeful. Something about the house rubbed Bonnie the wrong way and no matter what she did, she couldn’t shake it.

“Fine, I’ll go. Just so we all are clear, I will be the final girl.” Bonnie sighed as she walked inside with her two friends. The trio lost a bet to Matt and since they lost, this was the punishment. Bonnie walked inside behind Elena, clutching the flashlight in her hand. The door suddenly slammed and the three of them screamed. Not thinking, they all ran off, terrified of the slam. Bonnie seemed to be lost, looking around for some source of light. She sighed and found a nearby bathroom and wet her palm. She quickly put a flame in her hand, thankful that she learned early on to manage her pyrokinesis.

She sighed as she walked around, looking for a sign of her friends. She called their names out timidly, listening for any sign of life. She heard a high-pitch scream, followed by silence and her fear kicked up a notch. “Caroline I swear to God if you are fucking with me I am fucking you up when I see you!” She called out, trying to swallow her scream. She continued down the hall before tripping over what felt like a log. She groaned as her body hit the ground before she looked down and saw blonde hair. She froze and tried to gather herself to turn around and look. She blinked a few times before looking at the face and seeing Caroline. She felt like she was going to puke as she tried to tell herself it was a prank. “C’mon Caroline enough is enough, get up.” She cried, looking down at the body.

She saw two oval-like holes in her neck and blood dripping below her. She began crying, still shaking her friend to wake up. “She’s not waking up love.” A British voice called out as she looked around. It sounded so close but so far away. “Caroline stop playing with me please.” She cried as a hand walked over and held hers. She looked up in fear as she saw a pair of black eyes and yellow irises. Swallowing her scream, she took off running, trying to find somewhere else to hide or to escape. She heard laughing in the background, like the person was taunting her. She tripped again, groaning as she tumbled hard. She looked down and noticed Tyler lying there and she froze.

Bonnie didn’t know what to do but it was clear her friends were now dead. The final girl thing was only meant to be a joke, but now it’s coming true. “You’re all alone with me, scaredy cat.” The same voice called out as it approached her. She looked up and now saw blue eyes as the stranger looked at her. She blinked a few times before realizing that she recognized the face. It was Niklaus Mikaelson, the man in all the photos. “Yes yes love, it’s me.” He chuckled, squatting down to look at Bonnie. He hummed as he held her chin and looked at her. He gently moved her face around to get a good look at her in the moonlight. “You are very beautiful my love but there is something about you. I can feel it, even just by holding your chin.” Klaus smiled as Bonnie thought. She realized that he knew she was a witch.

“Don’t worry pretty girl, I don’t want to harm you, I just want to taste you. You, my love, will be spared. I could never kill such a beautiful creature.” Klaus smiled before his eyes turned black. He suddenly pulled her close and sank his fangs into her neck. Bonnie let out a gasp, but for some reason couldn’t scream. The bite hurt at first but then it was replaced with a layer of pleasure. She didn’t know if it was his doing or hers but she knew that she wasn’t thinking straight. She blinked a few times before realizing she needed to escape. She held her hand out, summoning the nearby vase to her hand. Thankfully it was clear so she could see the water in the vase that was more than likely used to hold flowers.

She dipped her hand in the vase and then set it on fire. “Burn in hell.” She said angrily before gripping the hand that was on top of her hips. Suddenly he pulled away from the bite but only chuckled. “Fire won’t kill me love” Klaus whispered in her ear as the pair slowly were engulfed in flames. The two were fireproof but for vastly different reasons. Bonnie was able to use her magic to make herself a human match essentially but he was a mystery to her. “Flames can’t kill an original.” He whispered in her ear as they both stood there, two matches burning. Bonnie felt another bite on her neck and this time she let out a moan. Between the flames and his touch, something about this gave her a new high she’d never experienced. Almost like an addiction.

She soon felt her eyes getting heavy, realizing that he was taking a lot. She began to panic as she dismissed the flames, both of them now skin to skin. “Relax my love, I told you, I can’t harm such an innocent creature.” Klaus whispered before he bit his wrist and pressed it to her mouth. Bonnie began to drink from him, almost immediately getting used to the metallic flavor. It was strange for her and she worried that he somehow turned her into a vampire. She’d seen Twilight before and knew how fast humans became vampires. “Easy love, I would have to kill you to turn you. I will make sure that you make it home safely. Rest.” He whispered in her ear as she felt her eyes getting heavier. Soon she ended up passing out, her body limp in his hold.

When she woke up the next morning everything set in. She panicked as she tried to think of what to do. She grabbed her phone and immediately searched for a news report on the house. She saw Caroline’s name go across her screen and she teared up. “Bonnie? Oh my gosh, that goodness you’re okay. I had a horrible dream you and Elena were killed by some psychopath but then I woke up and saw Elena here but you weren’t and I panicked. I’m sorry to call you so early but I just wanted to hear your voice.” Caroline cried on the other end as Bonnie let out a sigh of relief. “I’m okay Care. I had a dream like yours so it’s good to hear your voice too.” Bonnie sniffled as the two girls began to calm down. Soon after Bonnie got a text from Tyler and Matt, checking on her. Bonnie was willing to dismiss everything as a bad dream until she noticed the bite marks on her neck. She tried to concentrate on Caroline talking and trying to soothe herself but her brain couldn’t stop staring at the bite marks.

Bonnie began to look at her entire body before realizing that she was in a henley. No man in her family owned a henley so clearly this was a stranger’s shirt. She headed out to the kitchen and she froze as she saw the vase from last night with fresh roses in it. She ended her call with Caroline before walking over to the vase and reading the letter that was below it.

“Last night was perfect my love. We burned like flames in an open field, fueling one another to continue on. I hope I can experience more of your fiery passion as well as your taste. Your blood is my new favorite addiction and I hope to have another bite soon” ~Niklaus

She read as she froze. It wasn’t some dream. What happened last night was real and the passion she felt was real too. She saw his number on the back of the card and thought about whether to call or not.

~ Corpse Husband ~

AU based on the Corpse Bride but with a Klonnie twist..

I've spent so long in the darkness, I'd almost forgotten how beautiful the moonlight is - Corpse Bride

Bonnie Bennett ran away from one arranged marriage just to fall into the arms of an undead man searching endlessly for his bride to be after his prior attempts at love ended his life. She mistakenly reanimated the corpse while uttering spells to herself in the cemetery. As he awoke, her voice sounded like the sweetest love language to him. Klaus had to make her his bride.

The truth of the betrayal that led to his death is revealed, implicating Aurora before she can marry Bonnie's real fiance, Jeremy Gilbert.

Aurora is killed by the poison she crafted against Bonnie. But at the end of the night, Bonnie could not marry her living fiance. She left for a reason and that reason only became more apparent the more she fell for Klaus. The fated lovers found a way to transcend the boundaries of life and death when she used the power of the full moon and soul of his murderer to return his body to its living form.

They were wed that night and spent the rest of their days together.

Scream For Me

In the small town of Mystic Falls, shadows danced ominously beneath the pale moonlight, weaving a tapestry of ghostly shapes across the streets. Bonnie Bennett stood at the center of her turmoil. A powerful witch from a long lineage of magical practitioners, she felt the heavy burden of her heritage pressing upon her shoulders. Though she had always taken great care to conceal her gifts, she still always found herself in the middle of some danger to protect a loved one. She knew her ancestors wouldn't approve of her use of magic to help the vampire species, and they wouldn't approve of the man she loved.

Klaus Mikaelson, her boyfriend, was far from ordinary; he was the Original Hybrid, caught in a tumultuous battle between his inner darkness and the light that Bonnie embodied. Their love was strong like an inferno, igniting the air around them. However, lurking in the shadows was Kai Parker, a bitter and envious siphon witch whose resentment toward Bonnie simmered just beneath the surface. Cloaked in jealousy, he had woven himself into the darkness, adopting the sinister guise of Ghostface, his heart set on siphoning the very magic that made Bonnie extraordinary.

klonnie au|inspired by the haunted mansion: For over a thousand years Klaus has loved and mourned his former wife, Bonnie. He has searched and discarded many companionships, but no one has been able to love and understand him like Bonnie did. Klaus has forcibly adapted to life without her, but on his journey to break his curse, he sees Bonnie following around a certain doppelgänger. He knows in his heart that Bonnie has returned to him and he's going to need his siblings' help getting her back.

An excerpt from this fic:

Bonnie set her skepticism aside as she sat her duffle bed on the large vintage ottoman of the Mikaelsons spare bedroom. Rebekah planned her birthday sleepover for her fellow cheerleaders weeks ago. This “holiday” was extra special to Bonnie’s physics partner, as her older brothers would be turning home from their business trip. While Rebekah has only been at Mystic Falls High for four weeks, Bonnie oddly trusted her like a sister.

The little witch was the first to arrive at the Mikaelson mansion. With whispers of magic in the house Bonnie couldn’t help but investigate. As a newbie witch, she wanted to find any source of new information possible. Her bedroom for the night was vintage styled and decorated with vibrant flowers in every corner. The smell of citrus hit her nose and she couldn’t be more pleased.

Bonnie did a twirl in the mirror admiring Rebekah’s choice in silk nightgowns and headbands. The witch saved herself some preparation time by pinning up her curled hair. Her peer did inform her since she was there first, she got to choose the red gown specifically. When was the last time her life was centered around an enjoyable night and not the struggles of being supernatural?

“You look beautiful,” Rebekah grinned, and stepped into the bedroom. “I could not imagine my birthday without you. You have been the kindest friend.”

Bonnie quickly accepted the hug. She felt a sense of magic within Rebekah but trusted she’d tell the truth on her own terms. Whether that be as a witch, werewolf or vampire. This girl was kind and it wouldn’t be fair though her friends suggested otherwise to call her out. Besides, Bonnie hadn’t even met the rest of the family. The cheer squad’s first night at the Mikaelsons wasn’t going to be filled with drama, not on Rebekah’s day.

“Wouldn’t miss your birthday for the world,” Bonnie replied, giving Rebekah an extra squeeze. “I can help you set up.”

Rebekah laughed at that. “Nonsense, darling, I can handle everything. Take a tour of my home.”

“Are you sure?” Bonnie asked, with her eyes wide. “What if I helped set the tables, arrange blankets or even do the food?”

“Yes, do not worry in my home you are not a guest here,” Rebekah said, sternly with a sigh beginning to turn away. The teen wasn’t even finished applying her makeup-and was still dressed in her bright robe. The rolls were just beginning to slip in her blonde hair. “Just shout if you need me!”

Bonnie checked her phone Caroline and Elena would be running late for different reasons. The others on the squad were on their way or running behind leaving Bonnie to explore on her own.

The Mikaelson manor sent shivers down Bonnie's spine. The place felt like a magical hotspot, giving her goosebumps all over. While she admired the clever vintage-themed designs of the family, she found their home to be dangerously confusing to navigate.

Bonnie decided to go to the nearest room with a light seeping through under the door. She gasped, as she accidentally stepped into a private art space.

The woman in the painting reminded Bonnie of herself before she entered the supernatural world: happy, carefree and filled with gratitude. Magic gave this woman joy. She existed across different eras, and Bonnie couldn't help but notice the time periods, which ranged from 1002 to the 2010s. The artist signed himself as Nik M with sentiments on eternal love. The woman through the art had lived through each era, embodying the luxurious fashion trends of Black women.

Bonnie wouldn’t go so far as to call this woman her doppelgänger, but the similarities were striking. They both had green eyes, golden skin, thick dark hair and other common traits like freckles in the Bennett’s. The young witch tried not to dwell on it, but for a moment, she entertained the unsettling thought of being a doppelgänger and shivered at the idea.

The painting that captivated Bonnie the most was of a woman with curly hair obscuring her face, holding her head high as if magic were being used to promote relaxation. Surrounded by a lush garden, she appeared more content than anything else in the world. In fact, in none of these paintings the woman was never down; she was at peace. As Bonnie reached out to touch the painting, she quickly withdrew her hand when the door opened.

“Not everyday I find a beautiful woman in my study,”

This man was unlike any she had ever seen. His dimpled grin and the curls resting on his shoulders caught Bonnie off guard. He had an enticing scent of expensive cologne that hinted at his attention to appearance. Although his shirt and pants were a simple dark henley with jeans, she couldn't help but notice his preference for a chain featuring a butterfly around his neck. Yes, she noticed an English accent similar to Rebekah’s.

“You can call me Nik, what is your name?” Nik asked, holding his hand out for Bonnie. “I am one of Rebekah’s eldest brothers.”

“Bonnie. Bonnie Bennett,” Bonnie said, returning the shake.

Their enclosed hand jolted upon touch and Bonnie quickly pulled away hoping Klaus didn’t notice.

“I thought Rebekah said you wouldn’t be home until later?”

“It is my sister’s birthday, what type of brother would I be without a surprise?”

“Dramatic entrance, for a smart brother.”

“I strive for the element of surprise, my love.” Nik smiled at the compliment.

Never being alone with a grown man before Bonnie’s mouth went dry and she got flustered. She was met at an uncomfortable crossroad. Be herself or do what her friends would do? She chose herself first.

“I can leave,” Bonnie suggested, not knowing how to flirt properly. “I know art can be really personal. I wouldn’t want to disrespect your space.”

“As an artist, explaining my motives is just as important. Would you desire a tour?” Nik questioned, holding his hand out for Bonnie. “There are hundreds perhaps more here. All of my wife.”

Bonnie reluctantly accepted the warm invitation. Their hands jolted and she felt a fiery passion burn the closer she was to Klaus.

“Do you mind if I ask what happened?” Bonnie asked, as judging the photos of the woman framed on his antique desk.

“She was murdered, and before that, we promised eternal love. We wanted our story to be heard for centuries. I use my art to cope with her loss.” Nik sighed, as he traced a photo of the woman in seventies inspired clothing. “Love will never die, it was rather the purest forms of eternal affection.”

“I’m sorry you lost her. The way you remember her is really beautiful, Nik.” Bonnie compliments, and secretly swoons over him. “Did you ever receive justice for her murder?”

Klaus mockingly grinned at that question. “That person will never be heard from again. Tell me, Bonnie, do you ever think it is possible for souls to be connected?”

“Sounds like something out of a movie.” Bonnie said, brushing off the question. Not wanting to reveal her witch status.

“I think some people are aligned by fate. What goes around will return if it is meant to be.” Klaus pauses, and gazes into Bonnie really studying her beauty.

Klaus's throat went dry as he realized that Bonnie was exactly who Rebekah had described: his small, courageous, and daringly beautiful witch who loved him unashamedly. The red silk gown sparked the most enticing thoughts in his mind, and her skin still bore the sweet scent of honeysuckle that he remembered. However, instead of rushing to confess things that might send Bonnie running for the hills, he chose a softer approach.

“You're distracting, my love, would you like to see other pieces of art? The gardens perhaps?”

Bonnie blushed in response. There was something mystical and comforting about the mystical English artist. She’d rather hear stories about a man who loved his wife so much he kept her immortal in time.

“First, I want to know all about the artist and his work dedicated to making his wife immortal,” Bonnie said, looking into Klaus eyes. She might not tell everyone but she too enjoyed a romantic story from time to time!

For a fleeting moment that almost made the witch step-away she believed she saw Amber colored eyes but blue settled back in.

“Who would I be to disagree with a ravishing woman?” Klaus asked, pulling Bonnie closer to him. He wanted to moan at how sweet she smelled.

Bonnie giggled, and rolled her eyes. “Then I want that tour of the gardens and the pool area please? Rebekah is still getting ready.”

“As you wish,” Klaus obliged, and he noticed how Bonnie loved eye contact and physical touch as he explained his motives though she already understood him.

Klaus didn’t need to taste her blood or have a witch perform a spell to understand his wife had returned back to him. Once the time is right, Bonnie too will believe in their love again. His mother and father sought to keep them separated and Klaus will go to the ends of the earth to ensure Bonnie never leaves his life again.

The original vampire is just grateful Rebekah stalled Bonnie as he removed the paintings of her sleeping, jogging, gardening and anything else without her knowledge that would incriminate him too soon.

it really made no sense to me that hope was such a powerful witch and didn't have a witch mother. I am very interested in hearing about how your hope and bonnie similarities thoughts as well`

I can’t find my old posts right now or I’d tag them lol.

That’s why the “first-born-Mikaelson” trait was created to explain Hope’s witch side. In TVD Esther’s “powerful” moment consisted of leeching off the Bennett’s as a bloodline and praising their hard work. The entire reason Esther was brought back was because of Bonnie/Abby. The tailsmen that gets passed around initially belonged Ayana. I cannot stress this enough if Esther had 7 kids and only 2 were witches the gene was not the strong. I know it’s many debates on if the Mikaelsons were untapped witches but that wasn’t confirmed to my knowledge.

I assume they didn’t want Phoebe playing a witch again after TSC ended. Instead, we have Hayley saying multiple times she did not know what to do about Hope’s growing powers. Klaus was already a hybrid with an unexplored werewolf side. Sure, he used it to enforce power but we’re shown he didn’t hate it.

Hope is book description Bonnie without the curly hair. White, short, powerful and has red hair. Legacies has a running gag about Hope being the tiny tribrid. Coincidentally Danielle & Kat are the same height. I just thought this one was funny.

Both fall under characters that were born into the supernatural world. While we see Hope’s birth and a confirmation she was a witch(later tribrid). We don’t get an explanation of why Bonnie started practicing later in life when the witch-gene is prominent in all Bennett women. Throughout tvd as we meet other witches they knew during infancy or early-childhood.

Bonnie fights forcibly to use her powers to save everyone else even at the expense of herself. In Legacies Alaric’s reasonings for wanting Hope at the boarding school was expecting her to be the protector to his daughters. Both Bonnie and Hope hold the responsibility of wanting to save everyone and feel devastated when by the possibility of not saving everyone.

I’ll give you an example outside these parallels: Bonnie letting her friends pass through her knowing it was killing her as the anchor for their survival. Hope choosing to die and become the tribrid so the malivore could stop killing people. Bonnie stopping hellfire from destroying Mystic Falls. Hope taking in the hallow from her relatives saved NOLA even though it was killing her. It’s more than that but I’d be listing things all day by that point. Those two women are sacrificial as they are strong women. Look at this here.

It’s a reason why people choose to compare Hope to Bonnie more than her own relatives or her mother. This isn’t a jab to Hayley but the plots focused too much on Hope’s witch-side. People find joy in trying to humble Bonnie as a witch. As I said here the fanbase wouldn’t have been as accepting if Hope’s mom was of color or even if Hope was biracial.

But if she was I’d nominate Bailey Bass in a heartbeat

Bonnie seeing Klaus’s wolf form for the first time. GIF requested by @cancerian-woman

Thank you!! I made a one shot as requested by @vampirehybrid15 after this great gif was made! I’ve never did a writing request before and this was fun!

Bonnie rubbed her eyes as she yawned and stretched in their large comfy bed. Her face scrunched when she reached her arm behind her and the space was empty and cold. That wasn’t like Klaus; despite committing heinous crimes, he took pride in their routine cuddles. Bonnie wouldn’t dare tell a soul how they alternate between who’s the big soon. Skin-to-skin contact was good for the hybrid’s possessive health needs. When you live with a clingy man these things just happen in Bonnie’s eyes. She loved Klaus' closeness all the same.
Bonnie and Klaus understood the consequences of not spending enough quality time together as a couple. They had seen their friends and family members experience relationship drama, including abuse, separation, and infidelity, and they were determined to avoid those negative outcomes. Despite facing skepticism from others, Bonnie and Klaus were committed to proving their doubters wrong.
They’ll never reveal all their precious relationship secrets. Bonnie’s favorite was the weekend getaways they planned every other weekend throughout the month. Klaus's favorite part of the gateways was keeping their undivided attention on each other. Bonnie’s problem now was where her hybrid was.
“Nik!” Bonnie called out, sitting up in bed. Leaving her alone in their cottage in Charlottesville wasn’t like Klaus, especially not during their biweekly vacations in their Tuscany-inspired home. The best part of their secret vacations is that no one knew that sometimes they never left Virginia.
“Niklaus?!” Bonnie called out again, in concern. Bonnie tossed the sheets and slid into her slippers. She peaked in the bathroom and noticed the lack of water running, checked their living and dining room, and got nothing.
Worry crept up on Bonnie, giving her goosebumps. She knows Klaus is more than capable of handling himself, but he has a plethora of enemies. What if someone hurt him and she wasn’t there to defend him? A witch could hex him, and with the right dagger, someone could desiccate him. Even though Klaus is the original hybrid, she worries for his safety the most.
Bonnie went back to their bedroom. Opened up their dresser and started shuffling through clothes. She didn’t care what she threw on; she was going to find her hybrid. Bonnie pulled out a pair of Klaus’ jeans that didn’t fit too snugly on her legs and tucked his large t-shirt into his pants. She then lazily grabbed her phone, and her coat from their couch slid on some converse, and went outside.
Their home was secluded from the main road which gave the supernatural pair more time to be themselves when no one was looking. Bonnie searched through her phone as she headed towards the woods. Klaus didn’t text her before she left but she realized she’d forgotten it was a full moon last night. How dare he not wake her up to go?! She wanted to be there and be supportive of him.
“NIK!” Bonnie screamed, stepping over some branches. She sighed, wondering how deep Klaus went into the woods.
A loud and distinct howl was heard in the distance. She could hear the sounds of twigs and leaves shuffling as the animal got closer. Bonnie wasn’t scared, she felt warm with protection even though it had snowed the night before. Seeing Klaus in his wolf form, completely dark, larger than an average wolf but standing tall with pride couldn’t have made Bonnie any happier.
“Can you hear me?” Klaus asked, sitting down, after circling Bonnie. Though in his wolf form his accented voice was only in her mind and from the wolf he came out as a whine.
Klaus saw Bonnie as his true mate. They’ve bypassed consummation and blood swapping of the mating process. Being connected mentally was still a new feeling for them as Klaus was still adjusting to shifting more.
“I can hear you, I’m so proud of you. Please, believe me.” Bonnie replied, wiping the tears she hadn’t realized had fallen. She reeled at how soft his fur felt in her hands.
Bonnie couldn’t help but sit on the damp ground to touch Klaus. Seeing Klaus like this was as significant as their intimacy. This proved Klaus trusted her, and that’s what she wanted.
“This would be nothing without you,” Klaus’ calming voice appeared in Bonnie's mind. Instead, his wolf whimpers at Bonnie’s touch against his ears, head, and back. She even smelled sweeter in his wolf form. Honeysuckle and hibiscus fueled his senses and all he could do was whine. He licked and savored the taste of Bonnie’s skin.
“Why didn’t you wake me?” Bonnie asked, scratching Klaus's ears. She knew he enjoyed the motion as his head rubbed against her body the way an animal would. “I would have camped out with you. I was willing to stay.”
“You’re cold, let’s go back in,” Klaus said, moving out of Bonnie’s reach. He stayed still waiting for Bonnie to stand for her feet before leading the way for her to follow safely.
Avoidance would never work with Bonnie for too long, hell it rarely worked at all. His little witch wanted to have uncomfortable conversations even if it meant someone left with a bruised ego in the end.
“I can deal with being cold if it means you have more time being a wolf, Nik,” Bonnie said, shrugging, opening the back door for Klaus's walkthrough as she followed.
Klaus didn’t reply, and instead waited until Bonnie sat comfortably on their bed and began to shift back to his human form. Jet black fur shed from the wolf’s frame, bones cracked and he whined twice in pain. Bonnie never showed any faces of displeasure as he shifted back.
Bonnie let herself gaze at his toned abs, muscles and his hardened penis did not go unnoticed. The witch had business to discuss and her hybrid wasn't going to ignore her.
Bonnie’s brows were furrowed, her arms were folded and she was scolding him non-verbally. How dare Bonnie be this attractive even when she was pissed at him? He’d recruit Bonnie’s help but instead, he had a better idea.
“Morning bath then breakfast?” Klaus asked, holding his hand out for Bonnie to take. “I do owe you an explanation.”
Once Bonnie’s soft hand was in his hands Klaus sped them to the bathroom. He quickly filled the clawfoot tub with Bonnie’s favorite honeysuckle soap then stripped his beauty. Whenever a space of skin opened up Klaus would gently lay a kiss against Bonnie to calm her down. Bonnie’s sweet giggles in his ears did allow him
With Bonnie’s back against his bare chest and water shifting between them. Klaus has easier access to hold onto her soft breast, kiss her neck, and nibble on her skin. Bonnie moaned lightly as she shifted on his lap.
“Stop Nik!” Bonnie ordered, laying her hands on top of his. “Why didn’t you want me to come?” she shifted off his lap and rested on the opposite end of the tub.
“I do not need you looking at me like I’m weak and pathetic!” Klaus yelled, holding his face in his hand. “I am not a helpless child, Bonnie. I do not desire you going mad with worry.”
Bonnie scoffed and folded her legs to her chest. She sighed, knowing Klaus was deflecting from the real issue. He’s worried she’ll view him as less for suffering. Bonnie scooted closer and gripped Klaus's face. “I worry because I care, not because I see you as weak. Understand?” her thumbs caressed over his cheeks. “I love you.”
Klaus gently kissed her hands and used his thumbs to wipe away the tears streaming down her cheeks. While he hated having his ego bruised, he hated the guilt Bonnie made him feel. “I love you too, Bonnie. You should know that I meant every word I said. None of this means anything without you.”
Bonnie leans closer to kiss those plum lips softly. She nibbled on his bottom lip and shrieked when Klaus tugged her closer.
“Hey!” Bonnie yelled, playfully slapping Klaus' chest as he started to rub on her body. “I was promised breakfast. We won’t have any if you keep touching me.”
Klaus grinned at that as he gripped Bonnie’s hips. “You will get your breakfast and will come with me next time I shift.”
Bonnie threw her arms over Klaus' shoulders. Her breath hitched as Klaus fingers toyed with her. “Hm, I guess we have time for one round.”
“Just one, little witch?”
“You tell me, hybrid,”
“I desire to show you rather than tell you,”
