Kindall K series: a mystery/thriller, action & adventure novel series, whose main characters are Kyle Kindall (canonically aroace) and Yuuki Takahashi (demisexual). At the beginning of the first book, The Case of Kindall, K., Kyle is incarcerated, convicted of a crime he says he didn't commit. Yuuki is invited by the judge to take part in a private investigation to find out what actually is going on with Kyle's case.

There's lots of whump and hurt comfort! Also, Kyle and Yuuki develop an emotionally intimate queerplatonic relationship throughout the story.

The main characters, Kyle Kindall and Yuuki Takahashi, are queerplatonic. Kyle is canonically aromantic asexual.

The rest of the Kindall K series are also on there (I can't remember if it's specifically Kindle Unlimited, but they're definitely there on Kindle!)
