for some reason last night I was trying to think really hard about who would be the best cook in the bishop family, and while heket or maybe even kallamar is the obvious choice, SOMEBODY had to do the cooking when they were still young. I don't think shamura is the best at cooking, but I do think they put the most love into what they made (as evidenced by the ages-old tradition of grabbing the frybread with your bare fucking hands the second you've become a elder figure to someone). Meanwhile when they have to feed only themself, they just reuse the lard from the pot for pemmican and just eat that to save time lmao
(also I'm gonna take a lil break from asks to work on a video cause I keep starting big projects and doing asks instead because I can get em done quicker than videos or comics. Still planning on finishing the date night saga!)
