I decided to watch a Netflix movie, one with Anna Kendrick, and it's. Uh. Surprisingly enjoyable? It's called "Mr. Right" and I'm just getting Anidala vibes.
"Somewhat insane girl meets a hitman and decides she's into it" is. Wow. This is a great plot so far? I'm having so much fun. Nobody tell me what the general consensus on this film is, my feminism brain is off and my stupid crazy bullshit brain is on.
This is their second date and he is bringing knives into the bedroom and she is into it. She had a single moment of sanity and now he is throwing knives at her so she can catch them and she is laughing.
"I feel like I've been in a coma with you. It's like I don't remember my life before three days ago."
I want Anidala as this they would be perfect.
To double down on the 'this would work great for Anidala' theme, the hitman's story is:
(She did have a mild freakout after she saw him kill someone btw but hearing his tragic backstory and 'moral code' has uhhhhh apparently handled that problem.)
Even the bad guys are like "what the fuck is wrong with this girl," but they are adorable.
Also we would need an evil mentor who tries to kill the hitman (unfortunately, Palpatine isn't physically active enough), and a surprisingly/accidentally competent hired minion in the vein of Steve who keeps managing to get shots on the funky hitman and has a weird friendship with him (I'm thinking Rex might be the easy option).

I love how art programs have spent decades building tools to ape traditional materials and techniques digitally, while at the same time artists have gone ahead and aped the digital funk of MSpaint and bad photoshop in traditional mediums. That's just really fun to me!
