Now we can show you Doppa Ganger's character introduction of Vivec for TES Ask. As part of the project, Doppa has planned to grow the character further beyond the events of TES 3 Morrowind (how naive of her), so she wanted to start her plot with this work. In this story, Vivec regains the Divinity that he lost when the Heart was deactivated. This takes place in 4E 205, just a few years after the events of TES 5 Skyrim.
Doppa has spent a lot of time and effort studying Michael Kirkbride's works in order to understand his mindset and write Vivec's speech in a similar style. Therefore, if you don't immediately understand this text, and it scares you, then that's absolutely normal. This text really makes sense. (I truly hope so, 'cause I spent 3 days translating her text)
Alas, there won't be any plot development for that story anytime soon. But for now, we've got plenty of stuff about Vivec's past.
