This drawing is over a year old, but I really like how it turned out ^_^ It’s inspired by a leader ceremony in ClanGen: The new leader (Lyrestar) is in the middle, and the cats who gave him his nine lives are in the surrounding circles, with the old leader (Froststar) directly above him.

This exchange fits nicely for L and Misa, but I live in a world where Misa actually survived the end of Death Note, and I love thinking about how she must seem to Near.

A lovequeer aro and a loveless aro. They are married :P (I missed the one-year anniversary for this fic, but I figure that a few days late is still close enough ^_^)

I usually draw Mikami wearing snazzy tucked in shirts with ties, but when I was perusing the manga the other day, I found a much more casual outfit of his 👀 So consider this a panel redraw, and I will include the original below the cut. Since the manga is in black and white, I took some artistic liberties with the colors here ^_^

My passion is drawing scenes that nebulously take place sometime after the conclusion of my 240k fic about Near and Mikami :P It all makes sense, trust me!

I wanted to share some recent-ish drawings of characters that I designed back in middle school and early high school. They were originally Dangan Ronpa OCs, so they each have highly specific professions that make very little sense for teenagers.

I drew this comic nearly two years ago and thought, "I need to finish my fic so this will make sense." And I have!! 🥳 So happy anniversary to a duo that never interacts substantially in canon. It's been two years since I started this AU and nine years from the characters' POV (2015-2024).

I like to imagine post-canon Near as a recluse whose handful of friends attempt to drag them outside every now and then for dinner or a shopping trip, all while Near hunches in the background and acts like a disgruntled and bereaved specter.

My questing buddy @amselthebird and I have finally made it to one of our favorite worlds, Polaris! 🐧🐻‍❄️✨ We got to use the Friendship Voyager mount for the second half of Khrysalis, and it was a lot of fun! I love how traditionally romantic Valentine aesthetics are co-opted in the name of friendship for the in-game event ^_^

My friend requested that I draw Rikiishi doing a Dwayne Johnson eyebrow quirk, so I tried out my hand at a short animation :) I will put the gif that I referenced under the cut!

Today, I bring you one of the first drawings that I made for Mikami 2. The original draft is dated June 13th, 2022, but I couldn't resist polishing things up before posting it C:
