Oh I love these guys. Everything about these books, I want to draw them soooo much more (I probably will)!!

Guys I'm back-

It has been a nightmare lately this is the only thing I managed to draw in weeks? Finals and uni stuff that's taking all of my time and energy, slowly turning me into a cafeinated slug (worst part is caffeine doesn't even have an effect on me? I only drink coffee for the TASTE can you imagine). Anyway the rush won't be over until end of January but hopefully I'll be able to ignore the stress and draw anyway :)

  • nb noah whos the (not) living embodiment of ‘the gender binary is dead’ hes said this, too. “the gender binary is dead and so am i”
  • hes been saying this for years too
  • @ raven kids how’d you not notice hes dead
  • being a ghost, he really doesnt have a gender. he loves it, its so easier being him when he doesnt have a body c:
  • ronan lynch who dreamed himself new clothes when he was a kid until his parents realized and put him on puberty blockers as he got older, and then T (and then they died and he had some trouble, but it turned out okay)
  • matthew was too young to remember before. ronan was always ronan to him and thats also part of the reason he’s ronan’s favorite brother (besides the fact that declan is an asshole, yknow)
  • genderfluid blue and noah bond over being nonbinary
  • orla paints blue’s nails when shes feeling like a girl, and does her makeup sometimes. blue posing in front of her mirror trying 2 look tough and bursting out laughing
  • a little into getting to know the raven squad she comes out, and shes nervous about it but knows they know shell be angry if theyre weird about it
  • LITTLE DOES SHE KNOW theyre literally all trans jesus fuck!!!
  • actually gansey doesnt realize until after he meets blue. he goes to her asking if she’ll let him test her makeup or if she’ll put it on him and she’s like, yelling how did this happen
  • gansey doesnt really care about labels and all that, or pronouns or what. blue asked and he shrugged so hard he almost fell out her window
  • adams the least open about being trans, partly because he isn’t on T or puberty blockers or anything - he has an old binder and some makeup tricks, mostly. his parents were apathetic if not annoyed by him being trans
  • he dealt with a lot of transphobia when he was younger especially, and that combined with his parents’ treatment of him is a big reason he’s so afraid of people not accepting him (it took blue coming out for him to tell her, actually)
  • one day he wakes up and there’s a few binders, neatly folded on the edge of his mattress. theres a note on top - ad capsa vestra (for your chest)
