Welcome to part 7/12 of our Marvel Injustice roster.

Guidelines:

There are 24 characters in the base game, 12 Heroes and 12 Villains. This doesn't include clone characters.

Cosmic and Multiversal Characters like the Guardians of the Galaxy or Spider-Man 2099 won't be added to keep the game grounded.

Anti-Heroes like Deadpool and Punisher also won't be added.

However, if some characters fit into the previous category, I'll consider them if they're a big enough deal in terms of history and importance to the storyline.

The storyline is based upon Marvel's AXIS Story, so with the exception of two characters everyone will have a hero and villain persona.

Reasons:

Steve Rogers: Captain America was going to join the roster, and you guys chose him over Sam.

Enchantress: Since Loki was deemed as not villainous enough, I decided to tag in Enchantress.

Between Red Skull, Ghost, Abomination, and Enchantress, we don't have a terrible Masters of Evil.

This week, we finally do the street level heroes

Spider-Man: Reason because it's Spider-Man

Venom, however, needs some explanation as while he is a wildly popular Spider-Man Villain, he has also become an anti-hero (That’s 3 popular Marvel villains turned heroes that we've gone over).

However, consider this: Agent Venom.

Speaking of soldiers, this will be our last poll where I narrowed it down to two. So, who wields the shield in this game.

Loki has been declared other, BTW.

The Sentinels have destroyed the entirety of the Servbots. Earning a point for Marvel.

Marvel: 6

Capcom: 3

This time, it's a battle of leadership, the First Avenger, Captain America vs. the hero of 2026, Captain Commando.

This is the last Marvel x Capcom Character for now.

So a few weeks ago I picked up a new board game called marvel crisis protocol.

It’s an object based miniature game where you pick a team of characters with specific abilities that you’d expect from these characters.

So I played with a guy who is has been playing it since the game came out and he was playing cabal with a team of Red Skull, Sabertooth, Crossbones, Bullseye and Baron Zemo.

And my team had Captain America, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Black Widow.

And out of all of the characters on his team the most annoying person to kill was Bullseye, I was trying to take him down with laser beam books, shield throws and vibranium claws. But I ended up taking him down...eventually.

And at the end of the game we both had to characters left:

Me: Spidey and Cap

Him: Zemo and Sabertooth

And I won by one point.

So try it out it’s fun...

You wanna know what Hero/villain dynamic confuses me: Captain America and Magneto.

Like I’ve seen more timelines where Magneto teams up with Red Skull (Basically a Nazi) than I’ve seen Magneto and Cap together.

For context, Captain America is a living legend from WW2 who kicked Nazi ass like they were soccer balls and Magneto is a Holocaust survivor...

The Fuck Magnus?

The closest I found was Acts of Vengeance and Secret Empire of them directly interacting in a positive manner.

Seriously give us a marvel two in one featuring Captain America and Magneto alongside that one storyline about the Falcon in one of my previous posts.
