Welcome back to part 8 of our X-Men vs. Street Fighter 2 Roster.

Here are the Rules:

1. X-Men and Street Fighter Characters only*

2. No Deadpool, Kamala Khan, Wanda, Pietro, or Namor will be added to the base roster.

With that out of the way here is our Roster so far:

Reasons why they were added:

Karin: It was basically a coin flip between her and Rainbow Mika and people chose Karin

Toad: He's an iconic character, and I wanted the characters to mesh well visually next to each other... honestly, I'm not happy with this choice, but it's fine. He'll also be our final villain for the X-Men side.

But we still have 2 Street Fighter Characters left to choose between:

Wolverine beats Monster Hunter, earning a point for Marvel.

Marvel: 24

Capcom: 14

This time, it's a battle of mechanical masterminds. It's the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing vs. Tron of the Bonne Family Pirates.

Akuma beats Thanos, point for Capcom.

Marvel: 23

Capcom: 14

This time, it's a battle between Apex Hunters. It's the Savage Wolverine vs. the Monster Hunter.

Sonson beats Blackheart, point for Capcom.

Marvel: 23

Capcom: 13

This time, it's a battle of big bads. It's the mad titan, Thanos vs. The Master of the Satsui no hado, Akuma.

Hawkeye bests Frank West, point for Marvel.

Marvel: 23

Capcom: 12

This time, it's a battle between descendants of beings with great mystical abilities. It's the granddaughter of the Monkey King, Sonson vs. The son of Mephisto, Blackheart.

Nash beat Rhodey, point for Capcom.

Marvel: 22

Capcom: 12

This time, it's a battle of warriors, who, even when out of their league, still put up a fight. It's the man who was cooler when he wore a stupid looking mask, Hawkeye vs. Famed Journalist, Frank West.

Without further ado, here's our roster:

Why were they added to the roster?

Cassandra Nova because while it was easy to make sure the Street Fighter side wasn't 90's focused, X-Men wasn't as easy.

Sagat was added because I wanted all the Canon Street Fighter games (except Street Fighter 2), to have representation.

Speaking of which...

Cammy beat Gamora. Point for Capcom

This time, it's a battle between Air Force Echoes. It's James Rhodes, a.k.a. War Machine vs. Charlie Nash, Guile's commanding officer.

U. S. Agent beat Dan. Earning a point for Marvel

Marvel: 22

Capcom: 10

This time, it's a battle between raisee warrior women. It's Gamora, daughter of Thanos vs. Cammy White, Shadowloo Doll turned Interpol Agent.

Cable beat Ruby, earning a point for Marvel.

Marvel: 21

Capcom: 10

This time, it's a battle between two of the least respected characters in their universe. It's John Walker, U. S. Agent vs. The Master of the Saikyo Arts, Dan Hibiki.

Welcome to part 5 of the DLC for Marvel AXIS Wars.

For those unaware, Marvel AXIS Wars is basically a Marvel Injustice Roster I came up with alongside some of you.

Why did they make the Roster?

This theme is based on the current version of the Ultimate Universe (6160)

Wasp represents the Ultmates

Black Panther reps his Ultimate Run

Armor and Shadow King for Ultimate X-Men

Bullseye is here for Ultimate Spider-Man

However, instead of a 6th Ultimate Character, I gave you Super Skrull.

I'll explain why Super Skrull was at a later date, but I wasn't happy with my villain options. They're either underdeveloped, already on the roster, or Captain Britain, who's a hero in the main line and don't want to confuse people, but that leaves me with three options.

Gambit beat Vergil, earning a point for Marvel.

This time, it's a battle between the two faces of MVC2. That's right, another legacy match. It's the time traveling son of Cyclops, Cable vs. The Captain of the Partenaire, Ruby Heart.

Why were they added?

It's Mystique and Juri. Why would I not add them?

I should also specify what each of the street fighter titles means. Basically, they have to originate from those titles, so Alpha 2 is going to be obvious who I choose, but others, complete mystery.

Let's start with Street Fighter 1:

Due to my attempts to censor Felicia, I accidentally made her 'sexier', so she beat Black Panther, earning a point for Capcom.

This time, it's a battle between bad boy husbanos. It's the son of Sparda, Vergil vs. the Ragin' Cajun, Remu LeBeau a.k.a. Gambit.

Welcome back to Roster Wednesdays. Today, we'll be taking a look at Wave 3 of the DLC for Marvel AXIS Wars.

For those unaware, Marvel AXIS Wars is basically a Marvel Injustice Roster I came up with alongside some of you.

For context, here is the base roster, plus the first wave of DLC:

Silver Surfer and Thanos were safe options

Mantis was chosen because I wanted a female cosmic character and a Guardians Characters... and Gamora and Nebula didn't seem interesting.

Nova seemed like an underrated cosmic character.

Shuma-Gorath is here because of my MvC bias.

Ronan is here because I switched his spot with one of the Wave 6 characters.

Despite being an Omega level Mutant, Dhalsim was able to beat Iceman, earning a point for Capcom.

This time, it's a cat fight between The Wakandan King, Black Panther vs. the Fabulous Felicia.

Because they're cool, speaking of the newcomers...
