dandelions are magic. literally tiny suns in the grass that turn into the moon and then the stars when you blow on them. fucking insane.

I spent a whole afternoon picking 600 dandelions to make dandelion honey :) I got about 6 jars, using 1.5kg of sugar, 2 grapefruits, 1 orange and 2 lemons. The chickens helped a bit, if only by providing constructive criticism as I looked for good dandelion spots (though I think they assumed I was looking for worms.) The other animals helped not one bit.

Blowing a dandelion is basically you helping a weed ejaculate.
I was having a good day. We were all having a good day.
I mean it’s kind of not, seeds aren’t analogous to sperm, hell, pollen isn’t analogous to sperm, plants don’t do dimorphic gametes like that. a better analogy would be firing a couple dozen fully-formed babies from a tshirt cannon
Now we’re having a good day again.
