Rap Monster really has two sides. He is a really flirty guy meaning he is somewhat cocky and not afraid to express feelings.
But on the other hand the guys freak out when he is at a lingerie section at a store. He gets flustered really easily and really is a shy guy. So his cockyness shows when its like a one time thing. but for this situation he really wouldnt try to woo the girl but would get to know her better.
