So, in light of *gestures vaguely at all that nonsense* here's my plan for getting through this:
First, we follow the hierarchy of needs.
Step 1: eat something, drink something, get some rest (sleep if possible, but at least lie down and be still for a bit). You might be angry and scared, but by God you're not allowed to be angry, scared, AND hungry. You can only have two. Because I said so.
Step 2: make yourself safe. I'm talking immediate, animal safety. We can deal with long term safety later. Lock yourself your bedroom, surround yourself with safe people. Whatever you need to do to convince your animal body that there is no tiger chasing them.
Step 3: Be yourself. Do something that makes you feel like you. Write something, read something, watch a movie, crochet a hat, whatever it is that makes you feel most like you.
This won't fix any of that. *gestures vaguely again* But it will give you time, space and solid ground to stand on while you figure out what's next. After you take care of yourself then you can look around for the smart, brave, and bold people who have plans.
