Merchandise - Seventeen Photobook: "Seventeen Social Club: Carat"

So, I've been working on this for a few days now, trying to capture as close as I can to the actual transparency of this POB, and I'm not gonna lie, it's been a *pain*. It's almost the size of a full page, and the actual image of is equally translucent, but this is about as close as I could get to that without having it look *terrible* when viewed on a dark background (like Tumblr dark modes, for instance). Even then, I know some people will prefer having a white background, so I've included both. If you have a white Tumblr background, it's the right that is an opaque scan, and the left that is translucent. I've got two of the other three of this set, and may be getting the last soon, so I'll post them as they come! Hope you all enjoy!

Ohhhhh my gosh, finally progress on Fever Pt. 1, and it's Joong no less! These cards are SO HARD to find for a decent price, because of how popular HongBloong was. And being fair, Blueberry Captian remains iconic. I actually found these all in one listing, along with the Diary version Hongjoong card, and all three versions of the album, and I couldn't resist. Upside, I now have copies of Fever Pt. 1 to give to a friend that doesn't have them yet!

Merch - B.A.P: Live On Earth 2014 Tour

Sorry it's been so long! It's been just over a week since I got back from my vacation, but unfortunately, I caught my very first case of the plague, and have been sleeping ridiculous amounts. In celebration of the comeback of BJYM, I though I'd post these postcards today! I bought these back when the 2014 tour was happening, and they've been in my collection for so long! They're absolutely gorgeous, and great quality, with a lovely but not overwhelming glossy finish on the front, and a paper finish on the back. The box is kinda flimsy, overall, but nice, simple, and attractive. I'll get a few more images up here soon, for both B.A.P and ATEEZ, and maybe a few others!

Special Package - BTS: "2014 Summer Package"

Aaaand, I trip at the first step of my daily posting goal. But I have a few saved up, and am working on getting them ready now!

I got the 2014 Summer Package when it first went up for sale, from Soompi's signed specials in the shop they no longer have. I actually pulled Jin for it, and spent *forever* trying to find a Suga, but eventually someone looking to sell this card took pity on me and traded for the Jin card and $10 haha. I love how sweet and tiny he looks in this card, and I simply adore it!

Aughhhhh, scammers suuuuuck

So, back when these cat Makestar cards came out, I immediately spent $40 to secure a set of both Yunho ones. This turned out to be one of the few times I've been straight-out scammed, as the seller disappeared into the ether, deleting their account. So when I saw them on Mercari JP, as a set and with photos that looked very legit, I dropped another $25 on them. Well, they arrived today, and oh my gosh, these are *BAD* fakes. They're horribly oversaturated, and the backs are printed so badly that they cut off the text and have one black mark printed in the middle of the A on the black card. They're *so blue* in-person, with Yunho's lips standing out like neon signs.

The worst part is that I've always been very careful about buying cards. These are *not* the cards depicted in the listing, which looked normal and were printed correctly. These Yunho Makestar cards mark two of the only times in years I've been scammed, and I'm so sad and frustrated. I, a disabled person who can't hold a job, have dropped $65 now (about two months worth of recreational money for me) on *these specific* Makestar cards that I *still do not own*. I bought them through a proxy service, so I can't report the seller or get my money back, and the listing has been deleted already, so I can't even check the seller to warn others.

Just...ugh. It stings a lot to be very aware of scammers and the possibility of being scammed and still end up unable to avoid it. So I'm posting this to both vent and remind people to keep an eye out, and don't bu if *anything* feels off! Always check reviews of sellers, and be careful out there, fellow collectors!

Been taking a scanning break to get all my cards finally protected to the degree I've always wanted. Double sleeving in 100 micron, super high quality sleeves! Now that this is done, I can feel better about handling all my cards so much, and work on saving up for equally high quality binder pages. These are all of my normal sized, non-ATEEZ cards (the ATEEZ are already in binders), and I'm energized to continue my scanning project!

Album - Loona Predebut Album 1: "Heejin"

It was suggested to me to do album cover scans too, for what will fit on my small scanner, and requested that I start with my Loona albums! I'll be spacing these out a bit between other group photocard/album cover images, but I have all of the predebut albums to get up eventually! Sadly, I only have one of the photocards from most of the albums, and I couldn't find my Heejin attendance book. But if I ever manage to get my hands on any of the photocards I don't have, or find that attendance book, I'll be sure to scan and post them as well! This is one of only two signed promos from Loona I have, but it's very special to me. I've blurred the phone numbers for the company (not that they likely work anymore), KOMCA sticker, and photocard holo sticker and watermarked the album cover subtly to avoid people using these images to scam others.

Just a few extra Yunho things for which I have scans! The Fancafe clear cards were given to, unsurprisingly, the Japanese Fancafe members, and it was random whether they would have the text or not. The credit card decals are from the promotional period where Hongjoong and Yunho participated in Pepsi's Taste of Korea campaign.

Album - Astro Mini Album 6: "Blue Flame"

Moonbin first stole my heart in 2017, when I saw Astro live in DC. I went in hard Jinjin biased, but Moonbin's bright personality and the obvious love he had for his teammates, Aroha, and everything he did captured me so completely that, despite a personal interaction with Jinjin, I stood no chance. The day I got my Blue Flame albums and pulled both Moonbin bookmarks, I was beyond thrilled. I admit that it's been hard to do any work on my Moonbin photocards this past year, but I want to share as much of him with others as possible, because everyone deserves to have his light in their lives. Quick note, the bookmarks and the clear tails are held together by the strings, and the scale isn't exactly portrayed here. In the interest of having a cleaner, more useful scan of each, I shrank the clear tails to fit the width of the front/back/strings. They're approximately 1 2/3 of the length of the bookmark card itself in person.

I have been wanting this album for so long, but by the time it came out, I had decided to stop supporting TS Ent. entirely. After TS folded, I prioritized B.A.P, and somehow never managed to pick up a copy of Rising, but a friend of mine got this for me for my birthday, and it's GORGEOUS! Now I just need to find Taeseon's cards...
