I have not been super active concerning my shoppe and business IG for several reasons. Mostly it's because I've been spending a lot of time working on a healthier me. Several hours a day is now spent walking, doing yoga, doing other workouts and making healthy food mostly from scratch. On top of that I have my baby and a husband who is in school for advancement at work so when he's home he too is working out or studying.
