It has been wire wrapped in a ladder-like formation that crosses over the front. It can be worn in the reverse for a more clean and "simple" appearance. Seashells are said to hold information about our past, present and future. They are also generally associated with the water, the moon (in some cases the sun as well), cleansing and purification, blessing, emotions, sensitivity (both emotionally and intuitively) and more.
