Briar and Bramble

Burying a raw egg by our front door today. The egg will symbolically/magically and physically feed the soil. Fertility and abundance plus some calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, etc. 👌🏻I use egg shells frequently in our homemade fertilizers. 🥚

Hollow egg shells are surprisingly difficult to work with due to their delicacy and lightness. My Ostara craft for the house before I finished it up. Sharing for witchcrafting inspo for others. Handspun thread in blue and yellow to join together communication, happiness, uplifting energies, tranquility and peace. One red egg with bindrunes directed towards my relationship with my partner (passion, strength, renewal, etc) and a green egg for our home and family with bindrunes as well (healing, wellness, protection, etc). I didn’t intend for it to include elemental colors but it ended up that way which I found interesting. Then a little glass bottle of herbs filled with energies I want to bring into my home. I also included knot magic along with color, symbolic, sigil and herbal magic. It took me a surprisingly long time to make prepping, cleaning, drying, painting, handspinning, gathering, handblending, breathing life into, etc this piece. ❤️🥚🌿
