My kids have been sick and I haven’t been able to make anything new for the shop. If you could check it out and share the link to help a mama maker out that would be amazing. ♥️
Here I outlined a thicker version of a triskele or triskelion. It’s a three armed symbol made with interlocking spirals. Although versions are found throughout history in Malta, Greece, France, Italy, Russia, some Asian countries, etc it is popularly seen as a Celtic symbol. Some connect it to the Catholic holy trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit/Ghost and thus also represents eternity. Pagans and other similarly minded folk sometimes see it as the representation of the connection between the three realms of earth, sea/water and sky. Alternatively, the physical, spiritual and celestial worlds. I’ve known a few people to see it as the three stages of life but that idea isn’t as popular. Whatever it may symbolize many people use it to represent their Celtic ancestries. 🌀🌀🌀
