Breakdown drove towards a forest which he’d heard stories about and was curious, he hoped it wouldn’t regret looking into this but humans usually exaggerated and called things they didn’t understand ‘monsters’ or ‘haunted’. Given that he and other Cybertonains were on the planet they could be mistaken for things humans would call those which is why he was going to check out the forest from the stories he had heard.

Pot-Shot stood silently, hoping she would have a chance to stay. She didn’t have anywhere else to go. The forest wasn’t an option anymore, and there wasn’t anywhere else she could hide.

_

The bots looked at her for a moment then looked at each other except for Optimus who looked at her calmly and took a step closer speaking to her directly. “We don’t have a room made for you currently, while we get one set up do you mind staying with someone else?” Optimus asked speaking softly doing his best not to startle or frighten her.

She looked up at Optimus with her large eyes, and replied, “I wouldn’t mind staying with someone else for some time. It might help me get used to being around other creatures. I’ve been alone ever since I can remember. It might also make it easier to hide from whatever else might be looking for me.” She felt nervous about this whole thing, but if she was safer, she was safer.

Optimus nodded slowly before speaking again. "You can choose whoever you'd like to stay with and you may choose later so you may speak with everyone before making your decision." Optimus said in the hopes of helping her relax a bit.

She nodded, nervous and more than a little bit scared. Her eyes were wider than she would normally hold them, and she was tense.

_

Breakdown looked at her and spoke calmly. “Its okay, I’ve been through them thousands of times. You have nothing to worry about, just stay close.” Breakdown said trying to assure her nothing bad would happen to her.

She nodded, but kept looking over her shoulder, as if paranoid something might come through the trees chasing after the both of them.

Breakdown noticed though he kept quiet about it for now as he started to walk through the portal, he kept his optic out for any threats though he doubted there would really be any.

There most likely weren’t any, but she had been scared by the prospect. She stuck very close to him, unsure of what was ahead.

Breakdown didn’t mind her being so close to him, he might have minded a bit if she was clinging to him but understood she wasn’t use to this at all and it could be scary. In the ground bridge it was bright and colorful, though the primary color was green. It didn’t long for them to make it into some sort of building other bots looking over then looking confused.

She stared at the other creatures, mouth shut and eyes wide. She looked at Breakdown, still looking scared. She was still keeping to the mantra, “Stay Close, Stay Quiet.”

The other bots were a bit shocked though some looked like they might attack her if she made one wrong move but Breakdown took the opportunity to speak first. “She’s not a con, she seems to be neutral but..  Also doesn’t seem to know she’s Cybertronian.” This shocked everyone further any violence was gone as they were now just confused about how that could happen.

She murmured that she’s been here on Earth since the beginning of her memories, and that she’s been alone the whole time in a forest. She only learned what she was that day.

Though the others barely heard her they didn't understand what she said Breakdown was close enough to catch some of it. "Can she stay with us, as long and she needs and wants to?" Breakdown asked the others and was fully prepared to take responsibility for her and teach her about what se was and her home planet... Would it count as her home planet as she had never thought of it like that?

Given that he and other Cybertonains were on the planet they could be mistaken for things humans would call those which is why he was going to check out the forest from the stories he had heard.

She nodded. “Three days ago a jet landed just outside the tree line. I’m not sure why, but it stayed there for several hours, then suddenly left, like it was waiting for something.” If she wasn’t nervous or scared before, she was now. “I don’t know if I can stay here much longer. But I don’t have anywhere to go.”

-

Breakdown looked around a little then back at her still trying to act calm. “You have no where to go, at all?” Breakdown asked in a slightly worried tone but then spoke again to keep her from worrying further. “I… Do have a place you can go but i don’t know if you’d want to stay there.” Was she okay with humans, would she be alright around even more of their kind?

“I don’t have anywhere else to go. I’ve only ever known this forest.” She listened to his second statement. “Would it be safer than here? I don’t really care if it’s safer than here. Whatever else might be in the conditions, I’ll deal with.” She would most likely be okay with other creatures, she just wanted to feel safe and secure again.

Breakdown quietly thought for a moment then he nodded though rather slowly. “I think so but you may want to stay close to me when we first go there, seekers are usually seen as and with Decepticons so you may be seen as a Decepticon at first but it’ll just take me explaining the situation… Do you need to get anything or do anything before we go there?”

“No and no. All I have is me. I carry everything I need with me at all times. I don’t really have anything to do here, I hid in holes in the ground that I would find and those served as living spaces.” She understood what he was saying about her being mistaken for something she was not. “Got it. Stay close, stay quiet.”

Breakdown frowned hearing her say that she hid in holes then the last part of what she said, it was spark breaking but he just nodded as it’d be best if he spoke first and explained that she wasn’t a Decepticon first. He sent a silent comm to Ratchet for a ground bride to the base so they could both go through.

Pot-Shot was already keeping to the mantra, “Stay Quiet, Stay Close.” She didn’t want to risk her being able to hide from whatever these other creatures were, and risk whatever they wanted from her.

Breakdown looked to the ground bridge walking towards it but paused, looking at her. “It’ll be like going through a tunnel, kinda. A lot brighter and more colorful though.” Breakdown said unsure if she would need some information on what a ground bridge was like.

“So it’s like walking through a tunnel that one of the smaller soft creatures made?” She asked. “Will it take long to get there?”

Breakdown nodded smiling weakly. "Yeah, it's kinda like that. Shouldn't take more then a couple of nano-cli... Seconds." Breakdown had to stop himself from saying what he was used to since she probably wasn't familiar with Cybertronian terms.

“Are they friendly? What other types are there?” Her eyes sparkled with curiosity.

-

Breakdown looked at her with a slight frown. “Unfortunately not everyone is friendly, but there are friendly bots.” Breakdown then smiled a little. “Other then seekers, there’s grounders like me, two wheelers like a friend of mine, minis, insecticons, and more.”

“So they’re just like the little creatures that don’t change into other things, the ones that talk! Humans, I think they’re called.” She pondered that a moment. “It seems like you’re one of the friendly ones. What do the not friendly ones look like?”

“Yeah, like humans.” Breakdown confirmed his smile wavering for a moment then he sighed softly. “If they look like earth beetles its likely they wont be friendly, there’s also bots with a specific symbol which you should stay away from. It’s sharp and triangular looking, they belong to a group called ‘Decepticons’ they are dangerous.”

“Oh. I haven’t seen any symbols or other creatures like that. You’re the only one I’ve met that I can remember. What are the friendlier ones like?” She sensed the dangerous ones weren’t ones he liked to talk about.

Breakdown nodded hearing her say that he was the only one to meet, he soon smiled softly at her question. “They also have a symbol on them though they’re also nice, er, usually. It’s unlikely they’ll try to  hurt you unless your seen as a threat… If you see a big blue and red bot you’re probably safe.”

“I haven’t seen any big red and blue “bots” of late, but I have seen a lot of jets flying overhead, a lot more than normal. Usually it’s just one or two a month, but now three or four a week fly over, almost as if they’re looking for something.“ She looked troubled by this. “Do you think I’m the one they’re looking for?”

Breakdown frowned hearing her say that and nodded at her question. “Unfortunately i do, if they are purple then its very possible they are Decepticons and are dangerous to you. How many have you seen today if any and can you tell me what they looked like? Were they alone or were they together?”

She launched into a description of a set of jets that sounded like they looked alarmingly like Decepticons that had flown overhead two hours before he had arrived. At the end of the description of said jets, she asked Breakdown in a tone of overwhelming concern and fear, "Do you think I’m in danger?”

Breakdown quietly listened to her talk now getting worried as well but he tried to keep calm so he didn’t make her even more scared since she probably needed to stay calm, he waited a moment to think of what to say before he finally said something.  “You could be, though right now you don’t need to worry. If they are Decipticons then its a good thing they haven’t done anything.”
