Omitting the harm you've done to others and focusing on your own pain will always stifle your growth. That's not how you heal. There's a big difference between gaining a support network and surrounding yourself with yes-men. That's not how you heal either. Sometimes, the people who dress you down and tell you about yourself aren't "opps", they love you and they have your best interest at heart but you're too fuckin hard-headed and so laser-focused on your own pain that you can't even listen to good counsel. Healing hurts but trust the physician, otherwise, the bone will never reset properly.
