G1 Twice as Fancy Munchy. Her hair is most definitely ketchup-esque.

Also for whatever reason, and maybe it's just the nostalgia, she makes me also think about a certain set of 80s McDonald's Transformer toys...

G1 Candy Cane Ponies - Lemon Treats

They all came with curly locks which simultaneously looked quite adorable... but also didn't hold up after years and years of brushing so it's hard to find ones "mint." They are also scented.
