OC! reborn as Aizen except he hates his job, Shinji is a useless boss, and he's hanging by a thin fucking thread before he snaps and kill everyone and then himself. Being reborn as a major villain with a tragic past typically means dealing with that tragic past. He's trying his best NOT to be the megalomaniac of the story but it seems that Fate keeps testing his mental stability. His captain is lucky he's pretty or else he would actually go through the hollowfication plan from canon just out of spite.
