I had a dream that I was talking to Adrien and he mentioned how his mother was a brunette and I just impulsively yell “THEN WHOSE THE BLOND IN THE BASEMENT?!?”

Hey everyone! There is one good thing about the Felix trailer
It shows Marinette and Felix have something in common. Stealing phones!
I’m ignoring the intent of that, reasons for it, the evil look, and pretty much everything else in the trailer (may remember Emilie but that’s mostly because I’m confused) and focus on my 2 little thieves going around stealing things together.
They can bond over stealing phones
Marinette steals Adrien’s phone and tries to leave
Felix (holding up Adrien’s phone): Forget something?
Marinette: But I…I took it.
Felix (holding up her phone): You sure
Marinette (smirk and holds up his phone): How about a trade?
Marinette vents to Adrien about a friend of hers that doesn’t go to their school that always throws a fit whenever she doesn’t accept his romantic advances and Adrien’s like “he sounds like an asshole why do you bother with him” and low key starts having beef with this dude he’s never met
Marinette: “and then he said there’s no reason for us to spend time together if we’re not a couple”
Adrien:
Plagg:
Adrien mentions how his cousin Félix is the “Prettier” one of the two of them. And Adrien laments how he will never compare to his cousin.
When Félix is revealed He looks EXACTLY like Adrien, but has Massive Boobs.
I was surprised by how close this was to canon.
I was joking, maybe people wouldn't have hated Felix’s design if they did follow through with this
I JUST DISCOVERED THAT @ladyblargh HAS a pizzABUG AU OML IM LOSING IT
I like to believe Pizzabug keeps running away bc she likes giving the little Agreste prince the runaround?!?!?
I’m making up a story here for this pic AAAA
Adrien must send Pizzabug back to her dimension, but he’s kind of love with her, and likes that she gives him the runaround. Gives him something to do. She’s like his pet, he likes feeling needed by Pizzabug who is hyper and gushingly romantic, missing Cola Chat, but is constantly flirting with Adrien bc he reminds her of Cola Chat. She gets wistful and dramatic when he goes in for a kiss or gets too attached. Then she runs away!! Then he must catch her. And the cycle continues.
Pizzabug is fun and looks just like his love but… she’s no Ladybug. Adrien never sees his Lady these days, which is heartbreaking. Crushing, really. So waiting on Pizzabug’s every whim is something he’s happy to do, ever since his dad hit himself in the head with a frying pan, putting himself into a coma to escape when his identity as hawkmoth was finally revealed. Ugh, he keeps replaying the scene in his mind, it’s awful. Pizzabug puts her hand on his shoulder comfortingly, knowing he’s having a flashback. He smiles at her, slightly irked that she just ruined his white shirt, leaving a bright orange pizza grease streak; but mostly he is comforted. He’s glad his mother came-to from her own coma, which was wonderful, but it doesn’t take away the horror and pain of losing his father in such complicated circumstances.
When Ladybug shows up in a Pizza Hut uniform with Pizzabug in her arms, impatiently demanding a hefty tip, Adrien can hardly contain his excitement, his heart pounding. He can tell she’s embarrassed to have him see her like this, working a menial job, just trying to make ends meet after an anticlimactic, complicated win? Defeat? At the hands of Hawkmoth. His heart sinks and flutters at the same time. Oh, the bitter feelings of loss, nostalgia and change. The unspoken words so loud, as Pizzabug monologues loudly and dramatically about missing Cola Chat, being a damsel. He takes Pizzabug in his arms from Ladybug’s, brushing Ladybug’s hands with his own in the process. He catches a blush bloom on her cheeks, which makes him smile fondly.
She’s colder than she once was toward him, like they might as well be strangers. So much to say, but the moment has long past.
“Thank you, miss Ladybug. Still being the everyday hero we love and need,” he smiles, holding Pizzabug like a baby with her legs wrapped around his waist, as she sucks her thumb. He passes her a roll of a hefty tip, making Ladybug blush, eyes popping wide with surprise, then stuffing the cash in her pocket, looking shy, trying to hiding her emotion. “Anytime… handsome…” she mutters bashfully, coughing awkwardly into her fist, face pink as she dares to make eye contact with him and smile, catching him grin hugely, happy to acknowlege their old nicknames. Their past.
There is a long, awkward pause. They both suddenly start to talk at the same time, then both apologize shyly before trying to allow the other to speak, also at the same time. They laugh. Finally Adrien goes first. “I’m going to need a lot of help with this one…” he says glancing at Pizzabug. “I am really thankful for your help. I’m happy to compensate. Not everyone can handle her…”
Ladybug shrugs, fists deep in her jacket pockets. “Just doing my job,” she says, feeling strangely flattered.
“Well, lets be teammates, if you’re willing. Next time she escapes, I’ll call you first.” He seems to be blushing, feeling vulnerable as if asking her out.
Ladybug blinks, also feeling strangely chosen. “O-of course! I’d…” she rubs the back of her neck. “I’d love that!” She shakes her head. “I mean, love to help! Don’t want the trouble for you of course,” she chuckles.
He also chuckles, “I know what you meant. Great then… we have a date. Whenever that might be.” He winks at her, turning to head inside his enormous, lonely mansion. “Have a good night, Ladybug… so good to see you again,” he smiles softly.
“Good to see you, too,” she says, unaware of her soft facial expression, wistful to see him go.
He shuts the door, and Ladybug waits a few moments, frozen in place before zipping off into the distance with her yo-yo, with a loud and girlish squeal of excitement, giggling loudly, heart soaring as she tears across town, ignoring her chunky beeper reminding her she has many more pizza orders waiting to be delivered.
She feels free, and exhilarated— finally, something to do for the first time in forever. Adrien needs her. She’ll do her best. Next time Pizzabug escapes and is a greasy, lovesick menace all over town, she’ll be there to capture her and deliver her home. And it won’t hurt to pick up some extra cash along the way, she takes a happy, contented sigh, knowing that with the money he gave her she can finally take a much-needed day off.
Who knows, maybe he needs help… babysitting? Pizzasitting… Maybe she could come over and take care of Pizzabug while he’s out running errands? It’s hard to be a single pizza-dad. And it would be nice to have a reason to come over…
She shakes herself, reminding herself she’s getting too far ahead of herself, daydreaming again. She spent enough years pining for him. She’s in a new chapter now… life is different. But then again, so are they…? Maybe they can be friends? Maybe they can make up for lost time? Maybe they can be honest and talk about the past. She’s been longing for some male friendship to fill the void Chat Noir left when he disappeared. But it would be hard to unpack without tipping Adrien off to her identity… Ladybug sighs, taking a rest against a chimney, trying to enjoy the sunset, but aching from what she knows is Chat Noir’s absence.
Maybe she can tell Adrien.
Maybe it’s safe now…
Maybe she can just… see where things go.
She takes a deep breath, and wonders what Chat Noir would say.
She draws a blank.
It hurts.
She can empathize with Pizzabug’s pain. Her heart is in her throat.
She shakes herself, wiping a tear.
Who knew she would become so emotional seeing an old friend?
Because he’s more than a friend, she admits to herself.
He may always be.
That’s okay.
She steels herself and zipped away back to Pizza Hut to return to the grind of everyday life.
Being Everyday Ladybug, as Adrien might have calles her in a past life. She smirks.
*chucking canon out the door* AND STAY OUT
I need art of this. For science
the race for chat blanc intensifies
@sofuckingkatty CLASSIC. hes struggling. is it puberty? are all the other boys also struggling not to pounce on that little red temptress? or is he just a magical cat man. he is SO SURE he could get that red dot, if he just tried.
I love the concept of Adrien thinking this is just a normal part of puberty
Bunnix: (Flashes back to seeing an obliterated Paris, and standing in a sea of destruction, Banana blanc.)
Bunnix: *Shudders* Something Far worse.
Fear him.
Finally. . . .
The ultimate hot bad boy I’ve been looking for . . .
His rein shall be endless
We are fools if we think that Chat Blanc is the most powerful version of Chat noir.
Bananablanc is.
Fear his smile
Adrien thought that he wasn’t affected by the plant because he was still human, albeit with cat-like powers
however, after trading kwamis one night, Marinette found out that that wasn’t exactly the case…
I had a lot of free time on my trip so I took this idea and ran with it
it’s my first fanfic so please let me know what u think \(^- ^)/
_______
“Do you think he’ll like it?” Marinette tilted her head slightly as she examined the little pouch in her hands. There was a crooked stitch by the corner but otherwise the seams were clean and straight, worthy to be a gift for her partner.
Tikki settled on the desk beside a pile of scrap fabric, “I’m sure he’ll love it! When was the last time you gave him a home-made gift he didn’t like?”
“I guess you have a point,” She gave a small smile as she turned the pouch over in her hands one last time, recalling plenty of bakery boxes accepted with open arms and hungry eyes.
“Hey Marinette!” A familiar face popped out from the open skylight.
“CHATyou’reearly!” She spun around just a smidge too fast and fumbled with the pouch. Thankfully, she was able to clutch her hands over it on her lap before he noticed (she hoped anyway). This was way earlier than they usually meet and she’ll be damned if she lets him spoil her surprise. “I-I’ll be right up just give me a sec to grab the snacks.”
“Okay, sounds good,” Chat Noir gave her a thumbs-up (well, thumbs-down from Marinette’s perspective), then added “Ooh don’t forget the little paw-print cookies. Delicious AND adorable!” and just like that he disappeared the way he came.
Marinette scrambled to wrap the little present in some tissue paper before gathering the requested snacks from her kitchen. Soon enough she had an armful of goodies and headed up to meet the hero on the roof.
She was greeted with no less enthusiasm than before.
When he saw her Chat swept his hands wide in a grand gesture, “There she is! Girl of the hour, bringer of sweets and all things good!” Marinette couldn’t help but smile as she set out the snacks on the small patio table between them. “I hope your day went well, Princess, as did mine” he leaned forward, holding his fists in front of him like an excited child, “ohmygosh I have SO much to tell you!”
Marinette made herself comfortable on her lawn-chair and gestured for him to sit next to her. “And I HAVE to hear it, but first…” she reached into her pajama pocket and presented the gift to him “Surprise!”
“Wh-… for me?”
“For you!”
Chat took the parcel and unwrapped it slowly, careful to not tear the paper too much, “What’s the occasion?”
“No occasion. I just thought you’d like a little surprise is all,” at this point Marinette was on the edge of her seat. She was finally going to get results from her month-long efforts to solve a mystery surrounding a certain feline-esque hero….and catnip.
