the game against nohebi concluded in nekoma's favor. the team wanted to go out to dinner to celebrate their win.

you were sat in between kuroo and kenma, as always. you became an unlikely trio when you moved in next door to kenma's and transferred to nekoma for your first year, now on your second. you had been good friends with both boys, and the entirety of the team after they–mostly kuroo–begged you to take up the challenge of being the vbc manager. however, there were feelings which lingered around a certain tall sly captain which you acknowledged wasn't present in any of the other boys you formed a friendship with. with the way he had been acting around you, you thought the same occurred with him.
