Note: Once again, I apologise for not doing Shoto justice. I’m still struggling to understand his personality and mannerisms in a way that I can portray in writing. Just bare with me for this one :/

Shoto Todoroki

The ache in your muscles was almost overpowering, to the point that just remaining on your feet was a struggle. All around you battles raged on, heroes and villains fighting each other with everything they had. The sound of the explosions and clangs and thuds of battle was practically deafening. And yet, your head was swimming so much you could barely bring yourself to take notice.

Unfortunately for you, you’d taken a hit pretty early on in the battle - a hit that you’d initially thought wouldn’t be so bad. Now, however, as you stared with squinted eyes at the ground, trying to discern the difference between your boot and a piece of broken concrete, you realised maybe it was something you shouldn’t have ignored.

A loud yell suddenly sounded in front of you and you looked up just fast enough to catch a glimpse of a huge figure barreling right in your direction. You blinked, battling to get your vision to focus and then your eyes widened. With barely a second to spare, you stumbled backwards to avoid the powerful blow the villain was aiming at your head.

For a split second you thought you were safe. But then your heart sank as you watched the villain catch himself, readjust his momentum and swing another harsh punch right at the side of your skull.

You felt the vibration of the blow more than the pain. Your entire body trembled and then an odd feeling washed over you, as if you were suspended underwater. The sounds around you became muffled and for a moment, you almost felt … calm. Then your entire body jolted for a second time and you realised you were sprawled on the ground. Your eyelids drooped and you let out a long sigh before finally slipping into darkness.

“Stop dozing off and play with me!” You insist, shaking Shinsou’s shoulder to wake him up.

He groans, “You’ve just been drawing cat faces on my back the whole time- it’s not much of a game.”

“Well can you guess what color they are?”

“…What? That doesn’t even make any sense.”

“Or maybe you’re just bad at this, Hitoshi. You ever think about that?”

“I think you need to go to sleep, [ 💜].”

Before you can protest, he presses an open mouth kiss to the back of your neck that makes your shoulders jerk. Then he shifts onto his other side to smirk at you before pulling your body snugly against his. It stops the flow of the game, or so he thinks.

Your little touches always reduce him to pudding as your fingers make their way to his back. He has enough consciousness left to know you’re still playing though. “I” “H8” “U”. You both twitch and laugh quietly. Sleep begins to take you over as well as Shinsou cards his fingers through your hair. You detect an “I” “H8” “U” “2” tracing your spine before you knock out completely.

“Is it an elephant?”

“Nope.”

“……………………………….. An elephant.”

“No Shouto! it wasn’t an elephant last time or the other 8 times!”

A little known fact about the Todoroki Shouto: he sucks ass at Pictionary. He can’t even make sense of the pictures when he can actually see them, let alone when you’re just tracing your finger along his back. Though admittedly, it does feel nice…

You pull on his arm so he faces you, “I’ll let you try drawing this time. Maybe you’ll suck less at that.”

He pouts at your jab and you giggle, kissing the tip of his nose as an apology. After racking his brain for something to draw, Shouto settles on a butterfly- which you’re all too quick to guess. This isn’t fair, he thinks.

“I don’t like this game.” He mumbles.

“It feels nice though!” You laugh, “C’mon, do one more!”

He sighs. Very determined on not playing anymore. Instead, he activates his ice Quirk and when you’re waiting on him to supposedly decide on something to draw, he grabs at your skin under your shirt with freezing cold hands. You squeak and twist away from him- rolling off the couch in the process.

“Shouto…” You mumble into the floor.

“That was fun.” He says with a hint of a laugh.

You sit up and turn glare at him but he just leans forward and kisses the tip of your nose.

the both of you had been exposed to “yaoi cafes” and honestly? you kinda dig it. it’s cute!
of course, this was the first time Shoto had ever heard of something like this, and he definitely noticed the pocky scenes were to your liking, so he came up with an idea
~~and man were you in for a ride~~
Shoto came over to your dorm like always, and as much as he puts up a very cool and content front, you could tell by his eyes that something was amidst. you ask him if everything is alright and he only responds with
“I need you to close your eyes, (Y/N).”
you decide that if this was his way of explaining himself, then so be it. you nod your head and close your eyes, shifting nervously at the edge of your bed
Shoto whips out a single stick of pocky and places the biscuit end between his teeth. he creeps closer toward your figure and kneels down in front of the bed, his face a few inches from yours. he prods the chocolate end of the pocky at your lips
you gasp, taken aback by the odd sensation on your lips. you ask if its okay to open your eyes, only for Shoto to grumble a no. your teeth gently clamp down on the chocolate and the fun begins
the both of you start nibbling on your respective ends, the space between you to gradually coming to a close
Shoto decides to take the lead and slowly pushes you on your back, him taking the lead in the pocky consumption
(Y/N).exe has stopped working
as you tried to eat more, you were greeted with a pair of savory chocolate lips against your own
swallowing the last of the pocky and your embarrassment, you wrap your arms around your boyfriend’s neck, pulling him closer to you than before as the both of you enjoy your delicate flavored kisses

Katsuki ||

“Bakubabe, I have a challenge for you!” you called out, knocking on your boyfriend’s dorm door
he swings the door open, leaning against the frame
“what do you want (Y/N)?”
“I wanna play a game… that I could possibly beat you at,” you smirk, pushing your way into his room
this sudden boost of confidence definitely caught him off guard. you, beat him in a challenge? like that was possible.
“well, get on with it already damn it!” the blonde shuts the door with a loud ‘bang’ and follows you to his desk
you twirl around, a piece of pocky bouncing between your teeth
“the fuck is this?”
“if you’re gonna complain, then i might’ve already have just won the game-”
~~this boy said oh hell naw~~
your back is now slammed into the wall, with Katsuki’s muscular arms trapping you like prey. the hunger in his eyes was undeniable now
he takes the other end of the pocky to his mouth and begins to aggressively chomp down on the delicious treat, no hesitation present
as much as you tried to consume the pocky, your boyfriend was just too quick for you
~~don’t underestimate his drive to win at anything ever~~
his lips meet with yours, his body closing the space between the two of you
nothin but starving, sloppy kisses from yours truly, because he wants to win at more than just eating some snack ;)

Hitoshi ||

you and Hitoshi were out shopping for snacks when your eyes settled upon the one and only: pocky
you gave him a pleading gaze, practically begging to buy the treat
he sighed and nodded his head, a small smile tugging at the corner of his mouth
so the two of your finally made it back to the dorms and plop down on the floor, ripping open the packaging
you start stuffing the chocolate covered goodness into your mouth, happy to have something so sweet in your belly, only to be halted by your purple-haired lover
he explains that pocky is meant to be consumed slowly, to savor the taste of the bittersweet chocolate coating with the soft biscuit
this man has a way with words ~~obviously~~
you roll your eyes and comply with his words, taking out a piece and putting it to your lips. you start to slowly nibble away at it when Hitoshi is suddenly at the other end of the stick, taking a few small bites as well
your face starts to heat up, your nerves getting the better of you. you instantly let go
“what’s wrong?” your boyfriend asks
“you just s-startled me is all,” you softly stammer
your boyfriend gently grabs your chin and pulls your face closer to his, you end of the pocky stick grazing your lips
“c’mon (Y/N), you’re saying you don’t want to try this tasty treat with me?”
well when he puts it like THAT
you start taking tiny bites once more, with Hitoshi feeling the heat radiating from your face grow hotter
you snatch the rest of the pocky and swallow it, your lips just barely skimming your partner’s
both of your brains click at the same time as the two of you go in for the passionate kiss, bodies linking together like two pieces in a puzzle
