-It really came out of nowhere.

-You were walking the city streets with Keigo, your significant other, enjoying a rather relaxing date, when you noticed a sign decked out in paw print drawings and glitter that read ‘All are Welcome in the Cat Café!”

-Immediately, you wanted to go there, practically bouncing up and down in excitement. Cat cafés were a staple in Japan, so how could you not want to go in with Keigo?

-Speaking of Keigo, he chuckled fondly at your enthusiasm before agreeing and letting you lead the way into the café, where a hostess with a tiny little kitten sitting snugly on her shoulder greeted you both.

-The kitten meowed, and immediately, you were in love with this place.

-After being sat down at a table, it didn’t take long at all for a waitress to come and take your orders, before disappearing to get them filled.

-“Aw, Keigo, look! Some of the cats are wearing uniforms!” you couldn’t help but to gush at the cuteness.

-“Of course they are [Name], this is their job after all,” Keigo joked. Not long after that, you heard a chorus of meows and looking around you noticed several of the cats making their way over to you both.

-Well, not really you, but rather Keigo.

-They began to swat at the feathers on his wings, wanting to play, as they viewed the could be deadly weapons as toys.

-“You’re popular no matter where you go, huh?” you pointed out as one cat climbed onto Keigo’s lap and another kitten trying to climb up and take a seat on his head.

-“Well, you’re not wrong,” Keigo chuckled. Gently, he picked up the kitten that was going for his head up, who meowed in protest. You giggled happily at the cuteness, and not before long, your significant other decided to give the cats what they wanted, detaching some of his feathers and having them float over their heads.

-The cats and kittens eyes lit up in excitement as they pounced, jumped, and swatted at the feathers.

-“I never really realized how cute these little things could be,” Keigo noted, watching in amusement as the cats had their fill of fun with his feathers.

-“You do realize that they’re never going to let you leave, right?” you smiled, taking in how happy and playful the cats looked.

-“No different than any other fan interaction that I usually have.”

-“True.”

How would he grow feelings for someone:

It’s no secret that Sinbad is someone who has been all over the world, engaged in many adventures, and has met many women. However, when he met you, he knew that you were different.

So, it starts off as a general interest to want to get to know you better. Why are you so different? What sets you apart from the rest? And why did you not instantly fall over yourself to get to him like the others?

As he came to know more and more about you (going as far as bugging Ja’far to look into you as well), he realized that he truly can’t get you out of his head. He wants you to be his. He wants to conquer you, and be the only man who gets to know you on an intimate level. And he wants you to feel the same way.

Before Sinbad knows it, he has fallen for you, and getting you to be his has become his new adventure. It’s a thrill that he hasn’t felt in a long time.

How would he court you:

Getting to know you thus far, he knows that it isn’t going to be easy, but he’s up for the challenge. He starts off by giving you a personal tour of his kingdom, even going as far as to show you more private and secret areas. He knows he’s showing off a little, but he can’t help it. He wants to impress you as well as spend time with you.

After that he’ll move onto stage two, which is coming up with a good excuse to get you to stay in Sindria if you don’t already live there, or if you do live there and don’t work at the palace, he’ll offer you a really nice job. If you work at the palace in Sindria, then he makes sure all of your duties involve him or involve being in close proximity to him.

Stage three are gifts. He loves to buy and give you things, especially rare things that he’s gotten on his travels. He doesn’t mind since he’s aiming for you to be his.

Stage four is Sinbad finding out that none of these tactics are particularly working (and Ja’far knows all about it since he’s been his confidant throughout this entire thing. Willing or not.) So, after remembering the reason that he fell for you, which was mainly due to his interest of you being so unlike all of the other women he’s come to know, he realizes that he has to treat you differently.

Stage five, is Sinbad talking to you and getting to know you on a personal level, which caused him to open up about his past and his troubles, and once you’re able to see him for an actual person rather than just the King of Sindria, you open up too. Before you know it, you’re enjoying your time with him much more, and soon fall for him.

Sinbad wants to move the relationship quickly, and if this is something that you don’t want, you have to let him know. He’ll respect your wishes, especially after all of the work he put in to get to this point.

What kind of person would his S/O be:

Sinbad’s S/O is probably going to be someone who he deems as special and different from the rest. This is man, who has been “chosen” after all. His S/O would have a good head on their shoulders and not be impressed easily by riches. They would be someone who prefers real conversation and can talk to Sinbad about difficult topics.

They would have to not have much of a problem sailing or going to different countries, considering that they are with the King of the Seven Seas. They would also probably be able to hold their own rather it be intellectually, physically, or just in general.

And, after all that Sinbad has been through, he really just needs someone who he can really talk to and understand him. If you are the type of person who can call someone out in order to make them a better person, then that works, too!

His S/O would probably also be a person that wants the world to be a better place, and has a heart for those who are less fortune. They also wouldn’t mind getting their hands dirty in a being a part of the cause to help others out kind of way. (Sort of like how Sinbad helped the fog troupe.)

-Hawks doesn’t really realize it at first, as you try to hide it, but while you’re getting ready to go to bed, collecting your clothing to change into, a thunderous sound is heard.

-You jolt in your place, expression starting to turn a bit nervous. You try to brush it off as you reach for some night shorts, but once again you hear thunder, louder this time. “O-Oo!” you practically jump in surprise.

-And as you’re going through this, Keigo is right behind you, watching this scene unfold. He’s a bit amused, finding your actions to be cute, and it takes him no time at all to put two and two together. “Are you scared of thunderstorms, [Name]?” he asks.

-When you hear his voice, you realize that he’s right behind you. Slowly, you turn to face him, faking a smile. “No-” You cut yourself off, heart nearly leaping from your chest as you hear thunder once again. You quickly look around the room as if the storm is trying to break in.

-It would be untrue to say that Keigo wasn’t enjoying this. He likes seeing you looking all cute and vulnerable. Gently, he picks you up and puts you on the bed before getting the rest of your clothing for you.

-Hawks then dresses you and helps you finish getting ready for bed, trying to hide the smile he gets when he sees you jolt a bit every time you hear thunder.

-”Alright, we’re all set,” he tells you as he picks you up, once again. He uses his feathers to pull back the covers on the bed and places you inside of it before getting in right next to you.

-The second that Keigo gets into the bed, you can’t help but to hold onto him tightly, burying your head against his chest. Keigo smiles as he holds you close to him, stroking a hand down your back and whispering sweets things to you like how much he loves you.

-It’s really nice to know that he’s there for you and will do all that he can to make you feel better.

-With Keigo by your side and comforting you, you’re able to fall asleep even with the thunderstorm that’s going on outside.

-Hawks makes sure that you’re fast asleep, even watching you for a bit, before he goes to sleep himself.
