Hi! I was wondering if I could request some headcannons where a quirkless reader is dating (whoever you want to write about) and they are about to have their first kiss, but it turns out the reader does have a quirk and they accidentally steal the hero's quirk like temporarily when they kiss? Maybe they both freak out and are confused but then there's fluff at the end. Idk, take it wherever you want to go with it if you'd like. Thank you! 😁
I got an input on this one so its favs only in this house. Powers are based off Rogue from X-Men!
Kaminari
This situation happened fairly quickly with Kaminari. He never minded that you didn't have a quirk, kid acts like he has an ego but the moment he finally gets a S/O every bad thing about them is tossed out the window.
You two are walking around the city, it was supposed to be a movie night but Kami can't sit still. He's practically skipping while you two are walking down the street. He stops you for a few moments and pulls you into his arm for a kiss. Your first one!
You really tried to be excited about it but the moment you felt your energy spike, and Kaminari go limp, you knew something was wrong. Pulling away, Kaminari was out and fell to the floor. With a squeak you knelt down beside him and tried to shake him awake.
Instead you just ended up releasing electricity. You squeaked again and jumped away, shoving a knocked out Kaminari away from you. You waited for a long while for Kaminari to wake up and for whatever quirk she took to go away.
It took an hour for this to happen.
Blinking, Kami stared up at you. "So. I'm guessing you do have a quirk."
"Yep."
"And I dont think you'll let me kiss you for a while."
"Nope."
"Shit."
Todoroki
Todoroki didnt mind that you didnt have a quirk. In fact, he preferred it to anything else. He didnt have to worry about the odd complications that were brought up when in talks of two superheroes dating. He also got a taste of the non hero life through his S/O.
Needless to say he really liked it.
He was enthralled by the idea of a calm day together. No training, no familial drama. Nothing. Just you and him. Fine by Shoto.
His arm was wrapped around your shoulders and you curled into his side. Your kiss was slow and tentative. He leaned in and everything felt so natural. The kiss was soft and sweet. And short.
Todoroki started to feel faint, so he pulled away as quickly as the kiss began. He was on the verge of passing out, putting his hand to his forehead. You reached out to grab him, but instead blasted frost onto his forehead.
"What the..." Todoroki swallowed, lifting his right hand up to see if anything would happen. The only thing that emerged was a puff of cold air. He looked up at you with wide eyes. "You... you do have a quirk."
"I guess I do I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" You asked, leaning forward.
"I'm fine," he shook his head. "Let's... let's not kiss again until you figure out how your quirk works."
Can I have separate head cannons for Shouji, Tokoyami, and Sero? In a game of truth or dare, Hagakure dares reader-Chan to kiss their crush. Reader-Chan has to go out of the room and KISS them. Hyped up on adrenaline, reader-chan does it. The other girls saw her do it. She runs back to the room, giggling and confused. It’s only until the next morning she realizes it and clumsily tries to apologizes to them. (If that’s too hard, you can just pick one.)
ok but how do u kiss tokoyami have u ever tried to kiss a bird they just kinda cronch also the other boys will be under the cut because she’s finna be long

Shoji
You were never the bold one. Maybe that’s why you had a crush on the stone cold quiet boy in class 1-A. Or maybe it was his mysterious aura, or the fact that he was a man of little to no words. The girls knew, there was no doubt about it. And you knew in your heart of hearts Hagakure didn’t give you this dare to be mean, she did it to push you into the right direction. Yeah. Yeah that was it.
“Are you gonna do it, Y/N?” Hagakure asked, tilting back and forth impatiently. Biting down on your lower lip, you began to tug on the fabric of her pajama pants.
“Of course you don’t have to,” Momo placed her hand gently onto your shoulder which provided some comfort. “Although all of us girls would be delighted the moment you made your move.”
“You too, Yao-Momo?” You groaned, wanting to fall back and cover your face with a pillow. Hopefully it choked you. Asphyxiation. Yeah. That was an option. “No. You know what.” Holding out your hands in front of you, you stood up. “I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna do it.” The gasps began to flood from the girls, and you were sure Uraraka was about to float in midair. “And if I regret it I can just drop out of UA and move to like, Italy or something, change my name and pretend this didn’t happen.” You began to walk down the hall, nodding violently and awkwardly to yourself to the tune of the girls cheering. The moment you saw him, however, you wanted to back out. He sat, reading a book so calmly, it would be just such a shame to disturb him, right? Maybe you should just walk back and... shit the girls are staring at you. Okay, yeah. No problem.
“Hello there, Y/N,” Shoji said, not looking up from his book. “Is there anything I can help you with.”
Fuck. You had to do it now.
“Yeah, um, can, can you look up at me for one second.” You asked, hands folded together in front of you.
“Sure?” Was his monotone response. He set the book down and looked up at you. “Is there a particular reason-” And you just went for it. You didn’t even bother to pull down his mask, just rested you hands against his jawline and kissed him through the fabric. He could feel it. You were sure. But he didn’t move. Sure, deep down that part terrified you, but you were more focused on the rush of adrenaline the kiss was giving you. The moment you pulled away you didn’t wait for a response, instead you just rushed back to the room the girls were in, heart pounding at a thousand miles per hour. You almost fell back onto the floor. The girls cheering and hyping you up sounded more like poudning against your head.
“Holy shit I did that,” You breathed, clutching your chest.
******
“Holy shit I did that,” You whispered, pulling your covers over your face, feeling it heat up. What the hell were you gonna say to him? How were you gonna face him? Was he going to be mad? There was no telling. Fuck. This could ruin everything.
******
“Hey, Shoji, can I talk to you?” You asked him, not able to look up from the floor. Shoji’s eyes darted from the classroom door to you face.
“That would be great, I’ve been meaning to talk to you.” Shoji put a hand on your shoulder and guided you down the hall. You tried not to explode on the inside out because he was touching you and that was too much for your fragile mind to handle. The moment you two were alone you took in a deep breath and prepared for to give him the biggest apology you’ve ever given in your life.
“Look about last night,” You inhaled deeply. “I’m so sorry, the girls, they, they dared me and-”
“Why are you apologizing?” Shoji asked, if you could see his eyebrows you would bet they would be quirked up.
“You’re not mad?” You whispered, folding your hands together.
“Mad? No. Confused, yes.” Shoji crossed his arms. “To be quite candid I’ve liked you for some time. I just never made a move. We both have been focusing so heavily on our hero training, I figured we just didn’t have the time.”
“We have the time!” You yelped. “We definitely have the time!”
“Ok then,” Shoji nodded. “Conversation over. I’ll take you out tonight at seven. We can make it official then.”
Sero
Mina Ashido knew you liked Sero. To be honest, you thought she would be the reason your crush got spilled. Maybe it was her fault that Hagakure dared you to kiss him, but you would never know that. All you knew was that you had a task at hand and you needed to complete it or you would never hear the end of it. So, though it would cost you all of your pride, you stood up.
"Really, Y/N you dont have to do this if you dont want to," Momo sighed, leaning into her lap. "Honestly it's such a childish dare and I understand-"
"Thanks for the concern, Yao-Momo," You breathed, wiping the sweat from your palms onto the fabric of your pajama pants. "But I wont make a move otherwise, so I might as well. If I make a fool of myself and he laughs then hes not the right boy for me." You nodded, affirming your own actions.
"That's actually a cool way to look at it," Jiro cocked her brow, twirling her earlobe jack onto her fingertip. "Even if it is for tape-boy."
"Thank you." You said again. You began to walk to Seros room, Mina and Hagakure following close behind. The closer you got to his door, however, you felt more uncomfortable. Shit. You really did have to go through with this now, didnt you? You didnt even need to knock on the door, you knew him well enough to know that he never locked his door and you always yelled at him for it.
Sero was relaxing in his hammock, earbuds in, and a book in his lap. Clearly he heard you come in, however, as he took one earbud out and looked up at you.
Then he smiled.
Jesus christ that smile was going to kill you. It was going to gut you and rip your insides out. He was just so cute.
"Hey there, Y/N," He chuckled, getting up from where he lay to come greet you. He stood, face to face with you, hands on his hips. "Anything I can do for you this fine night?"
"Um, yeah, actually, there is," You breathed. Before he could say anything you cupped his cheeks and pressed your lips against his. Seros hands naturally fell to your hips, as if you've done this a thousand times. But this is the first time you've kissed. He kissed you back as if he'd been waiting for this moment his whole life. You pulled away, flooded with adrenaline, running out of the room to high five Mina. Holy shit you did it.
******
You may have done it but you couldn't stop thinking about how that was so wrong but felt so right. You stared at the ceiling for the longest time, biting down on your lower lip as you did so. Fuck. School tonight was going to be awkward.
Ping.
Your phone lit up, and a notification from Sero popped up. A text saying 'meet me on the roof. Now.'
Maybe it wouldn't be so awkward.
*******
"What's up," you asked him quietly, pulling the sleeves of your jacket down onto your hands.
"You wanna tell me what's up?" He asked, brows furrowed in the middle of his forehead. "That kiss? What was that about?"
"Oh that?? That, Haha, that was just, uh, you know, a, um, a-" You were interrupted by Sero using his tape to pull you in closer.
"Because you should really know better than to tease me like that," He huffed into your ear, breath hot on your neck. You could feel those butterflies working up a storm in the pit of your stomach.
"I, I didnt mean to-"
"Because I've liked you for a long, long time Y/N. And I would hate for that kiss to have meant nothing." You couldn't speak. You were completely tongue tied. Seros index finger hooked onto your chin. "So, dont kiss me again if you dont want to be with me."
And you kissed him.
Tokoyami
Tokoyami was such a quiet, mysterious individual. You always admired that. You were loud, outspoken, and his opposite in every way. Which is why this dare didnt scare you. In fact, it excited you, despite Momos warnings that this could end very badly. He might not receive well to such a bold motion, but this could be your only shot. Tokoyami clearly wasnt going to make a move, so you had to. Thanks Hagakure.
Tokoyami was outside, sitting on a tree branch with his eyes closed. Okay. Deep breaths. You got this.
"Fumikage?" You asked, quietly, just in case he was asleep. "Are you awake?" He opened his eyes and looked down at you.
"Unfortunately for me, yes," He sighed, unfolding his arms. Maybe this was a bad time. No. Nono. No excuses.
"Is there any way for you to come down? Just for a second? Please?" You begged, biting down on your lip. Nodding, Tokoyami jumped down from the tree in front of you.
"Yes?" And that was your chance, you kissed the side of his beak and pulled away. You did it! Yes yes!! Tokoyamis feathers began to ruffle and turn a bright shade of pink. You couldn't leave to enjoy the girls cheering you on or your adrenaline high. Tokoyami grabbed your hand before you could leave. "What was that?"
"A kiss?" You spluttered.
"And what was the purpose of such an action?"
"I may, or um may not, have had a crush on you for like three months now?" You proposed with a sheepish grin.
"My dove, all you had to do was tell me," Tokoyami breathed, his grip on your hand loosening. "No need to scare me like that. I've liked you too. I just never found the right time to tell you."
You sit at a table amongst your friends and some of your husband’s sidekicks. You kept a pleasant conversation going with Ochako who sat on the other side of you, letting Izuku talk with his colleagues since you weren’t really helpful when it came to hero stuff. You were a secretary at a prestigious hero museum, and while you adored working with your fair share of heroes on the job, you were never really qualified to be one yourself. Your quirk was unique, but while being able to grow tiny flowers on your skin was aesthetically pleasing to the eye it wasn’t necessarily helpful when faced against a villain.
You met Izuku at your work when you were both still in high school. You were only working part-time back then but the easily-flustered green-haired boy just so happened to come during your hours. You were drawn to him straight away, but you always did have a thing for shy boys so you can’t say it came as a surprise when you asked if he’d come to see you again anytime soon.
You remember the meek boy turning into a blubbering mess, red as a beet with a bashful smile as he babbled. So with smiling lips, you exchanged numbers and promised to get a coffee sometime. These little meet-ups turned into weekly dates as you spent more and more time getting to know one another. You learned about his dream to become a hero, the crazy things he’d been going through as a first-year at U.A. and his admiration for the freshly-retired—at the time—symbol of peace.
Fast forward to now, you were the proud wife of Japan’s number one hero, and quite honestly bored out of your mind. Placing your wine glass down on the table, you turn slightly and take Izuku’s arm, pressing his arm to your chest and resting your cheek on his shoulder. His green eyes wandered to yours for a moment with a blush. He offered you a timid smile before returning his attention to his colleagues.
You held in your disappointed sigh, though your face contorted into a small pout at his lack of acknowledgment. Though what really ticked you off was the way he perked up at something Ochako said. You didn’t mean to be bitter, but you couldn’t help but feel ignored. You attempted to add to their conversation a few times, only for all openings to be closed off as they drifted to the topic of hero work again.
Giving up on verbal communication entirely, you pressed yourself closer to your husband. Izuku froze up when you briefly kissed his freckled cheek, your nimble fingers tangling with his own beneath the table. His green eyes darted around the table, and he attempted to hide his blush behind his glass as he took in a sip of his drink. You felt your heart flutter in delight when his scarred hand squeezed around your own in response, the pad of his thumb brushing over your knuckles.
It prompted you to plant a quick peck to his lips, eliciting a squeaky gasp from Izuku and a few chuckles from your friends. The green-haired hero flushed under their amused gazes, rubbing the back of his neck as stuttered.
“Y/N…” Izuku whispered so only you could hear, no doubt a warning or rather a plea for you to behave yourself. “We’re still in public.”
“What? Am I not allowed to kiss you?” You raised a brow, put off by his sudden shyness. It’s not as if your relationship was something you kept under wraps, why was he getting embarrassed? You were his wife.
Summary: Not all birthday wishes come true, no matter how much you want them to.
Note: Thank you guys so much for all the love you gave my first fic!! it really means a lot and I really do read and appreciate every comment I’ve gotten so far!
“What do you mean you’ll be working tomorrow?” You asked, your tone sounding harsher than you wanted it to. Your eyes stared at your boyfriend, noting how his blue and brown eyes looked anywhere but towards you.
“We’re really close to cracking this case.” Todoroki simply replied, shrugging off his rain-soaked coat. He threw it over a nearby chair, casting a glance towards where you were sitting at the kitchen table, wincing at the look on your face. What he expected was annoyance, maybe some anger. What he didn’t expect was for you to look so hurt.
Summary: Love at first sight has the possibility of happening anywhere; even in a gala full of masked strangers.

You were a firm believer in love at first sight. The very concept of coincidentally meeting someone, locking eyes with them, and immediately coming upon the realization the two of you were meant to be never failed to make your heart flutter. You were vaguely aware of how childish the concept of love at first sight was; something fabricated within the land of fairytales to help fuel the overactive minds of children who couldn’t quite grasp what love was. But even then, you couldn’t help yourself as you searched for the type of love that only seemed to exist in fairytales, becoming the hopeless romantic that never seemed to exactly find what they were looking for.
And one with think that someone as fascinated with love as you were, would absolutely adore Valentine’s Day. After all, a whole holiday dedicated to celebrating love with the ones you loved seemed to be something exactly up your alley.
But being stuck in a crowded ballroom adorned with pink and red decorations, surrounded by increasingly tipsy partygoers whose faces were covered with intricate masks, you found the holiday quickly becoming one of your least favorites.
A/N DAY TWO!!! Please enjoy the dramatics requested by @alwayslost123
"I'm...I have..." Words are lost to you as you attempt to break the terrible news to your best friend. Scarlet eyes rest on you patiently while rage lies just beneath the surface. Ready to tear apart whomever is making your vision blur.
Your hear aches as realization washes over you, that you'll never be able to call him your own. You damn yourself for being too fucking scared to ever admit to him that you liked him.
Hell at this point loved him. He helped you all through UA and even now he helps you with your training although you had given up hero work.
Your mind tortures you with flashes of the two of you laughing, of him pinning you to the ground something different flashing in his eyes as he leans closer but suddenly changes his mind.
Maybe you were never meant to call him yours.
Tears fall from your cheeks in fat droplets as you try but fail to wipe them away.
"I...I'm sorry Bakugou. I..." Sturdy arms wrap around tightly as you sob into his chest. Breathing in that intoxicating caramel smell that normally soothes you but today it is bitter sweet.
Today could be the last time that you smell it. You push him away, swallowing down the lump in your throat and furiously wiping at your tears. You force your voice to come out even as you steel yourself for his reaction.
"I'm getting married to Todoroki in a few months." You watch him turn rigid as he let's the information sink in. He grits his teeth until it hurts as he stares at you. When he doesn't speak you go on, "It's been arranged."
"But you don't even love him!" He explodes, fingers popping even as they grip against the concrete of the roof top to the brownstone townhouse you bought.
"I...." You swallow again, "We are compatible for making strong grade quirks."
You let your hand catch aflame as crimson eyes watch blue and red fire lick at your fingers. Flame that has guided him through dark times, flame that had fed his fuel to want something more.
Something he will not allow himself to have.
He grits his teeth again, pearly whites threatening to break before he sucks his teeth.
"So you're going to do nothing?" Silence stretches between the two of you as the stars wink overhead, the moon yawning in the black sky.
"It will make Father happy." Bakugou sucks his teeth to your response before glares at you.
"Then don't come crying to me." He stands, jumping from the third story.
"Bakugou! Wait!" Your vision blurs once more as you watch his strong back walk into the night, his ash blonde head never looking back.
Days of silence pass between the two of you causing severe chest pains on your side. You half wonder if he ever really cared for you or if what you saw in his eyes was your own desperate attempt to feel something.
To feel loved.
Placing your phone screen down you sigh deeply. Watching your microwaved meal for one spin endlessly before your phone chimes. Excitement grips your heart as you reach for your phone. Praying to Kamisama for it to be a message from Katsuki. Instead your heart shatters in your chest when you read a message from your father.
*"You're moving in with Todoroki tomorrow. A crew will be by to pack your stuff up and transport it. Your house will be on the market shortly."*
You scream sending your phone through the drywall of your bedroom as it soars through another wall before cracking into glittering shards agaisnt the exposed brick in the living room.
Bluish red flame engulfs you and your bed, eating away at everything around you as nothing bring you joy anymore.
Your white bed spread quickly becomes blackened as it is swallowed whole and spit out in ash, flames moving into its next food source licking up the walls. Bubbling paint, distorting photos of your graduating class. Of a candid shot of you and Bakugou arm and arm laughing after training.
Before long the whole building is enveloped in the hot kiss of your quirk, as the bed frame finally buckles from your weight and succumbs to ash.
Even your clothes specially designed around your dangerous quirk begin to catch from the heat alone but still you do not move. Like an ember fueling the fire you sit still mourning over the fact that you cannot burn by your own flame.
Ice soars in large waves into your home or what's left of it as two toned eyes search endlessly. Sending more ice in attempt to cool the flame only to be melted and evaporated. More ice is plunged towards the fire until it is contained, flame frozen in time as an iceberg decorates where your couch once was. Frantic eyes find you shortly before emotion twists his handsome face.
It looks as if his heart is breaking in two. Funny you didn't think his heart was anything but frozen solid.
Still he approaches, sitting among the ash across from you as he brushes away some of your hair.
"I know this is hard....." He sighs out, words failing him as they always do, "But I will never force myself upon you. I will always be faithful to you and should you wish we could never have children. But please...."
He swallows down some more smoke before sending ice to surround you two. Beads of sweat collect on half of his body as the ice drips pure water onto your soot covered and deeply charred hardwoods.
"Lets get through this together." He offers you his hand then and in that moment as you watch his hair dampen sticking to his forehead you wonder.
Would it be so hard to love him?
Todoroki has always been kind to you, helpful and even now knows the right thing to say.
*"So you're going to do nothing?"*
Harsh words echo in your head again encouraging you to reach for what is now your future.
But what Bakugou doesn't understand is that there is no defying your father.
Days turn into weeks and living with Todoroki isn't so unpleasant. He cooks you meals, holds the door open for you. He helps you with your studies and even draws the bath for you first. He picked out a stunning ring that fits your personality of hellish fire. A diamond that blinded you when he opened the block box asking sheepishly if you would marry him.
As if you had a choice.
But he did try to make you feel as if it was.
Things could still go right between you too considering the wedding was now only two days away. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have children with him, he was attentive to your needs. He would surely be even more so for his offspring right?
His hero work would have him gone often but you did prefer your alone time. Like tonight you're curled up on the couch reading as the late morning yawns into early afternoon.
A harsh knock comes at your door as you sigh. Damning your father for telling the wedding coordinator where you two lived. She had been bothering you nonstop about nonsensical items, like the color of your silverware as if you cared that fucking much about this.
If you had it your way you would have just eloped!
Actually if you had it your way there would be no wedding at all. But you can never have it your way as long as that man lives.
"Priscilla please I don't care what color it is just pi..." You shout as you yank open the thick wooden door, you quickly notice a man dressed in black standing on your stoop "Bakugou?!"
"Run away with me." He says grabbing onto your wrist. Ready to yank you out of that house with only the clothes on your back. If you came with him he'd buy you whatever the fuck you wanted, "I've got a job lined up in America. The plane leaves tonight."
"Katsuki...The wedding is two days away! My father wants..." You start but he turns on you, vein popping in his head as his age old temper begins to show, fingers gripping onto your biceps tightly.
"I don't give a fuck what your father wants or what Todoroki wants!" He shouts, "What do you want?!"
When you don't answer his voice softens with his grip, palms sliding down to your elbows.
"What do *you* want?" He asks exasperated, your vision swims as it all sinks in.
Was he fucking serious? Running away with him after he hadn't spoken a word to you in almost three months.
After he stomped on your already broken heart, now he wanted to do something? Wanted to try to fix it?
Tears well in your eyes as you look between two burning scarlet orbs.
"Katsuki...I can't do this." You rip from his grip and slink back into your new house slamming the door on your happiness forever.
💍💍💍💍💍💍💍💍💎💎💎💎💎💍💍💍💍
Delicate hands place a veil into your hair, turning you into something you're not entirely ready for.
"You're a gorgeous bride." Your mother sighs as she places her hands onto your donned in white shoulders. You blink furiously to keep your eyes from over flowing.
"Your Father and I had an arranged marriage. Look how we turned out." She smiles at your reflection as you fight to keep from full on sobbing.
Yes look how the two of you turned out, hardly speaking to one another even as they raised you.
Despite all of that there was hope for you and Todoroki, eventually you could have been happy until an angry ash blonde showed up and for what?
Priscilla burts through the doors to the little bride suite.
"Show time!!!" She sings ushering yourself and your mother through the door.
Your palms become clammy as your heart accelerates, spying Todoroki through your veil. You walk to the beat of the music as you march down the aisle, past hundreds of people. Cameras flash capturing your long train and tight boddess. Somehow you make it to the altar only to realize that Shota looks more handsome up close, blushing slightly as you do. Stunned into silence by your beauty alone.
"We are gathered here today...." The officiant starts and you loose track as you stare into heterochromatic eyes.
"If anyone objects speak now or forever hold your piece." Silence falls over the room as the officiant waits.
As if anyone would ever dare to get in the way of your Father's plans.
Suddenly a boom rings out over head, screaming erupts as something fall from the ceiling.
Your heart stops in your chest as you watch the dust clear, leaving a silhouette of a popping hot man.
He points to the officiant, explosions the only sound echoing in the marbled hall.
"NO. I OBJECT WHATEVER THE FUCK I HAVE TO SAY. HE DOESN'T LOVE HER!" His explosions stop before he points to himself, " I DO! AND SHE DOESN'T LOVE HIM!!"
A collective gasp falls over the guests as your cheeks burn, silently thankful that he was here.
That he came back.
His breath comes out in ragged and wrath filled as he shouts.
