I like to think that he’s actually a five year old Time Lord who says he’s 907. I feel like he also has a chart for good behavior. So, for example, if he saves the universe he gets a gold star and an ice cream cone, but if he beats up another Dalek and almost causes World War III he gets a time out (and he can’t just skip through time to avoid it either!) and all his gold stars taken away.
There are columns on the chart that say “Didn’t wear bow tie today,” “Was a good Time Lord,” “Managed to dress properly,” and “Didn’t hit any big red buttons”
Yeah… That’s my mind working right there!
