Kuuboo... Yumichika was an obvious shoe in for returning... Okikiba kinda makes sense because he was generally "around" in the last arc... (and I love both their designs) But WHERE IS MASHIRO??? Where is she, Kubo?? She's a "SUPER LIEUTENANT." She deserves to be back in the spotlight! She deserves an awesome new redesign!
And really, what ever happened to most of the other 3rd seats?
- Yumichika and Ikkaku are/were both kind of unique exceptions to the proposed power level that most 3rd seats would sit at: they both have circumstances excusing why they weren't just lietenants or even captains...
- But Hanataro was kind of a fan favorite.
- Even Iemura had those recurring appearances in the Shinigami Men's Association omake.
- I'd accept Riku having gotten himself killed in the TYBW tho.
- Hell, even Tatsufusa technically showed up in that one omake where he revealed he has a thing for Sui-Feng.

Hitsuhinaweek 2018 Day 2 : Protect/ A scene that should have happened.
I enjoyed drawing this AU where young Toshiro and Momo are playing Knight and Princess. Of course Toshiro being a Knight needs a dragon and that is Hyourinmaru stuff toy! (Why “Knight” instead of a “Prince”? Because I love a dash of angsty). Kids and their big imagination hei~ ;D

even if i get a lot of love from some fandom/tumblr/instagram community, in the real life there’re always going to be opinionated people who will make me feel confused. but when I just make decision to sit down with some pencil, coffee n silence, I think: “wow as an artist i should worry less about not doing sh*t that i love” and then i look down n find out that arts always asks me too:
