This is such a well written fic (still in progress) with well-developed characters and an intriguing storyline. The chemistry between the OC and Grimmjow (a much more mature version of himself) is amazing! Definitely worth a read. One of the best OC insert fics I’ve read in the fandom!

Excerpt.
They called him Grim. It was his name. Except it wasn’t. He never told me his real name. The one he grew up with. The one his parents had given him. He never told me and truth be told, I never asked. Grim was only the name he had claimed for himself. The one they uttered in fear of reverence or a little bit of both. Looking at him now, I finally understood why they called him that.
The grim reaper. That was what he was. In a fanciful moment, I could imagine him as such. A sword for a scythe with a grin that didn’t hide behind a cloak. A vast cry away from the old mythology but I could still see him like that. He reaped souls without the tiniest hesitation. Guilt free. Like they were his for the taking. Terrifying. Ruthless. Morbid.
Oh but how fitting.
This is undoubtedly THE best AU fic I have ever read in any fandom. You don’t even have to ship Grimmhime to love it. It’s dark. It’s well written. And it has all the angst you will ever need. While the first two chapters start off slow, by the time the third rolls around you’d be dying to know...dying to figure out the pieces taunted by the writer. So so good. A personal favorite for sure!
